First impressions always set the tone. I Checked in at the hotel and had an amazingly smooth encounter with the front desk lady Leticia. She was super sweet, helpful, and very personable. She greeted me with a smile and great energy. The check in process was fast. The rooms here are amazing and just has that fresh, clean, new smell. Definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for being so kind and warm hearted Leticia.
We stayed in one of their one bedroom suites. Very high end. The bathroom was huge and had a television above the bathtub. The room was well thought out and very elegant. Would definitely stay again. Star was friendly and accommodating.
Had a great one night stay on our road trip. Heading North I was hoping we would be far enough out of Seattle to miss rush hour and I was very wrong. Best to arrive outside those hours no matter what direction your headed. Once we arrived, found most of the EV chargers required an APP we as Canadians could not download with our Apple ID. Luckily, the one on the far end worked without the app as we were relying on getting a charge. You do walk through the casino to check in. Check in was a breeze. Friendly and efficient. We booked a king room with view of Mt Ranier and were lucky it was a clear day and we had a beautiful view. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be needing a softer pillow option. Shower was great. One of the best ventilated casinos I have experienced with large smoking and non smoking sections. Lots of dining choices but we arrived late so just grabbed a slice of pizza and beer and enjoyed a few hours gambling before bed. Would definitely stay again.
Celebrated my husband's birthday, we had a wonderful time. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a smile. Our view was a little disappointing for the room price. We were located at the end of the building, and our view was rooftops of businesses and trash compactors . We ate at several restaurants and the food was great!
I booked a room 1 week early. I asked for confirmation to be sent to email. Never got it. When I arrived they said I had no reservation! I was extremely upset. But they did find a room for me and charged me for the night. Next morning I find out they charged my debit card for a no show room plus a room. Supervisor noticed a discrepancy and researched it. As it turned out, the receptionist spelled my last name wrong and since they had my ID card with accurate data they didn't know there was a problem. Needless to say they never compensated my room, for all the trouble and were going to refund the no-show room. At the very least they could have given me a free room for another night to make it all fair. Poor customer service!!!
Went for a concert, which was a lot of fun. Ordered a steak in the main restaurant (not the steakhouse), which wasn't a great cut for the money. But the service and rest of the food was great. I'd eat there again, just order something different.
Room very clean & comfortable. However, there was a strong odor that is probably coming from the cleaning solution that is used. Hope housekeeping can find a better cleaning solution. Otherwise, very nice hotel.
So I have some mixed feelings about this place. Love this place cause it’s a great environment. It’s cleaned regularly throughout the night. Bathrooms are clean, slots are cleaned. My favorite thing to do is play slots, I love the slots. They are always updating their games so they have the newest slots out. I don’t always win but I did the last time I went. Didn’t win much but it was enough to at least get my money back. One of my favorite go to games I always win at least my money back is Dragon Lines. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a great night out in a clean friendly and upbeat environment.
