Food was great, we went there for a work conference. Both food at restaurants and catered options were above what I anticipated and would recommend. Rooms were very comfortable and updated however the insulation in the walls of the bathrooms were lacking as you could hear through the exterior walls into the room adjacent and hallway.
Hated the casino. They only allowed entry if you should ID, 90% of the casino are video slots. I played black jack for an hour with 2 dealers. The first wouldn't listen to basic hand gestures when I was up almost 2x my money and hit when I said stay and stayed when I said to hit. Pit bosses must've taken notice because after the third time this happened they swapped dealers to one far more professional. When they swapped the first dealer back in I took my chips and cashed out. Casino gets a 1 star review for me, but the food and hotel rooms makeup to a final 3 star review.
Also, alcoholic drinks were appropriately priced. All staff members we encountered (sans the first dealer), were polite, professional, and respectful.
We will not be returning.
Went to the event center for the Family Christmas Cirque show. Spent almost $400 on tickets and couldn't see the show. All the seating is on a flat floor and the stage is not elevated enough to see the performers. Also there is no screens that broadcast the show which would make up for a bit of blocked view. I am 6'3" and sometimes could see the top of performers heads, my wife and kids couldn't see anything.
I would not recommend ever coming to this venue to see a show.
This casino is newly remodeled and it's very nice the attention to detail and the finish carpentry is impeccable. Very nice. However just like any casino not many happy people. No excitement a lot of games and not much winning. Club galaxy is a nice touch when it has an event, but needs week night music options even if it's just an in-house dj playing music and taking requests . The people want a safe place for dancing, like nobody is
watching. The entry way with the changing environment is really neat. Also the Sweet shop is very nice. The floating shelf system is a great display. However it could be wiped down and dusted.
I did not stay in the hotel . Thank you elders.
Prepare to lose all your money. Machines don’t pay, occasionally a bonus, but very small, hardly enough for you to continue to play. I agree with other reviews, they need to dim the lights a bit, its way too bright in there, not very relaxing atmosphere compared to other casinos
Rooms are very nice and clean. The pool and hot tub are maintained very well. They even have adult swim time from 8-11pm. Overall a great hotel.
We didn't stay at the hotel, but the food venues and concert venue were awesome. The whole place was very clean, staff was great, and food was awesome. We saw Night Ranger, and it was great. It was our first time there, but definitely not our last. I'd much rather make the 2 hour drive there, than go to Lucky Eagle, which is 30 minutes from my house. Next time we'll be staying at Muclleshoot's Hotel.
Don't go there before 6pm weekdays if you want any drink service while you play. Today there was only one person serving on the floor. I had to leave my machine t go to the desk to get water. Water!!!!!! Isn't that just sad??? This place is getting worse every time I go there. I wanted to bring a group of 52 people on NYE. I called and the operator- Shawna was very rude. When I asked her what the customer receives for a $175 NYE ticket, she replied, "you will get dinner as far as I am concerned". Just ignorant!!!! Why is she the first person one hears when calling this place. In other words, don't call them for information and don't try to be served at your machine. I hope they eventually have to shut it down!!! They deserve to be closed.
Very nice Casino Hotel outside of Las Vegas! You get your moneys worth here! Comfy rooms, updated technology with the lighting and in room entertainment. High tech meets classy in this place!
