Grant was extremely helpful in checking us in. The hotel stay was so relaxing and fun! We got a nice getaway in November. We swam in their heated pool and it was wonderful! Room service was friendly and attentive. The casino was so much fun and we won at the roulette table by the cashier! A lot of fun activities near by and the drive, so scenic. Loved the vibes of this casino resort, it felt extremely positive and uplifting. Thank you for having us Mt. Airy Casino!
11/24||We love the Hotel and Casino we went last month for our first visit and this past week. Every employee greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make our stays|pleasant and memorable. The room was clean and the food was excellent. Spent two nights at this hotel. The room was modern, very clean, comfortable and elegant. Housekeeping and bell hops/valet parking was friendly and very efficient. Check in was easy.||The smell of stale smoke when entering the hotel front door was off-putting. The casino allows smoking in half the open casino and it's disgusting. You must walk through the second-hand smoke to get to the restaurants. YUCK!||Mini bars are full of hotel booze, not to be used for anything else. ||Enjoyed eating at the Bistecca by Il Mulino Restaurant (most fine-dining/best quality of al the restaurants). Brian the bartender took good care of us. ||The hotel pool (while beautiful to look at) was too chilly to swim in (the hot tub was the same cool temp!) . Highly chlorinated smell while sitting nearby can be overwhelming. ||Massages are overpriced. ||For a hotel of this level, they should offer some additional higher end shops, rather than just the junky snack gift shop. ||The hotel is located in a great area, easy to visit nearby sites and hiking. Bushkill Falls is 20 min. drive, highly recommend!
We came for our on year anniversary trip and had a great time. We did a pool day, spa day, and golfing day and all employees at each location were extremely nice. The casino was fun, most dealers made us laugh and we enjoyed all the restaurants. Over all it was a relaxing and great first anniversary trip. There was one issue at the end of our trip that has since been resolved related to not being reminded of the perks of the package we booked which resulted in us “missing out” on them. I understand mistakes happen but I do wish it could have been resolved before we left instead of days later, which is the reasoning for the 4 stars instead of 5.
My cousin and I went to the casino for my birthday and we had a good time. Unfortunately, the resort was completely booked out of rooms, so we couldn't stay as intended.
We wanted to reserve a room ahead of time but we couldn't become a "players club" member until we went there in person. Had we been able to do that online ahead of time, we probably could have booked a room and stayed.
Booked Mount Airy to celebrate my first wedding anniversary with my husband. When we arrived on 12/7/24 they informed us that the resort had no running water and we wouldn't be able to complete our stay. Upstairs in the casino there was absolutely NOTHING to do but play a slot machine or table game. No bathrooms, no food service, no hostesses. Of course the slots are open because this shady casino only cares about is making money.
They also put their young, underpaid staff to be the face of this issue at the front desk. The staff couldn't assist with ANYTHING and just said we would have to call to speak with a manager.
What a disgraceful, money hungry business this is. I won't ever go back and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone.
Terrible service, terrible management. Go somewhere else where they won't entirely screw your weekend up.
Went for the day to play in the casino. It was very nice. Extremely clean with great table minimums. Ten and fifteen for roulette and craps. We ate at Guy Fieri's, which was great. There is a very good selection of new slots and enough of the older kind too. The staff throughout was very friendly and easy to get, if you needed them. We will definitely go back and try the hotel on the next trip. I met my son and sister to play craps and roulette..My wife especially likes the video roulette with the live dealer..Planning another group trip in October.
Buffet is good not fantastic. It's clean when I go. Attendants are friendly and nice but every now and then you'll get a pissy one. Drink orders take awhile to get to you once on slots but I guess they want you to keep spending while waiting. Easy to find games. Smoking I can take it or leave it. Walk from parking area is not bad. Promo sucks big time after spending hundreds, thousands a month only to get $15 dollars here and there.
