My 5 stars are base on service at the door if you understand what I mean. I could have anyone better. Absolutely very personable !!! Evirn and I'm sorry for forgetting your name it happens sometimes. A very beautiful woman with blond hair cover for him during his break Saturday 6-7-24 very good people! While maintaining great customer relations I still personally witness them be aware and diligently do their job. For that reason I would feel safe going there. BTW. I did not stay so I couldn't comment on room accommodations. Short night...
Very nice place to go. Don't not bring anyone under 21 period. The restaurants all require you to be 21 to eat. The entrance was very nice , gaming floor was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. The parking lot was away from the entrance so be able to walk
I just hit the casino. It was nice, clean staff was friendly. A little more smokey than I would have liked. But we had a good time. I think the bartender could have used a little help trying to cover a 360 degree bar by herself.
We had a very nice day at the casino. The ride from Jersey was pleasant. The atmosphere of the casino was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was while walking through the casino we walked into the smoking section of the casino which was very unpleasant. I wish there was a way of eliminating the smoke in these places.
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel/casino staff were wonderful! So friendly and eager to assist if needed. Guys Restaurant was AMAZING! The food was delicious and our server Thomas was awesome! The hotel/casino is beautiful and very clean, we loved the decor throughout. Thank you for making our 21st Anniversary memorable! We will definitely come back again!
First time staying. I really think this is a beautiful place to stay and experience however when you're away on a trip or on vacation or getaway having the pool close at 8pm to me is unheard of and doesn't seem like a typical resort to stay in and relax besides the spa and casino. I think if they even had it open till 9 that would be a better time frame. Because in reality check in is at 4pm. That gives you only 4 hours from time of check in to use it that day. The pool is spacious having heated jets in the one area would make it even more enjoyable. Wish the pool was warmer the whole pool area has no fans or air flow it's very humid. My only other recommendation compared to staying even at other casino resorts standard rooms had a mini fridge was disappointed thats not offered in the rooms. The housekeeping could slightly be improved our room really needed a good dusting. From the light up shelf where they put toiletries in bathroom to the lamp shades covered in dust right next to your bed. Overall we had great service at the front desk, bellman, to buffet staff. Casino staff.
We've visited this hotel-casino many times over the years and have always had an excellent experience. The hotel rooms are large, comfortable, very clean, everything is always in perfect condition. Nice linens, fluffy towels, ample pillows, even room temp, quiet heat and air conditioning, wonderful large showers, great grooming products. Just a very well thought out and very well cared for hotel. |Casino is clean, staff is friendly, nice assortment of restaurants -- pizza shop, cafe with coffee, breakfast food etc., a noodle bar, steak house, buffet, and a Guy Fieri's 24-hour restaurant. |Valet parking that is fast and dependable or at door flat parking area for those who choose that option. |Beautifully decorated lobby area that reflects the stone and woods of this mountainous area. Large lake that can be viewed from the hotel along with a golf course. Large indoor pool and an outdoor pool plus a spa. |Just a very nice hotel and casino that can accommodate conventions and large indoor events due to ample meeting rooms.
Our visit started on a cold very rainy day. We arrived before hotel check in , so we parked in the car parking area ( outside, no garage or covered area) . It is 100 yards to the entrance ( did I mention it was pouring rain). We decided to play the penny slots and then eat lunch. The first $20.00 went quickly. We had a nice lunch at Guy Fier??. We walked to the hotel lobby to see if we could check in early. They had rooms available and we picked the 6th floor. They add a $35.00 entertainment fee to your room rate and hold an additional $50.00 in case you touch the touch sensitive liquor or snacks in the room. I chose not to valet park, so I had to walk to the other end of the property to get the car and return it ( in the rain ) We went to the pool for the afternoon. The pool is large. The pool is heated just enough to be comfortable. Some areas and corners of the pool were scummy/green/dirty and need better cleaning. That evening we went back to the casino and had some fun/ success with the slots and broke even in the end. We ate at the buffet and enjoyed the food. We bought 2 drinks at the bar in the center of the casino. I asked her what was her specialty. She said it doesn't matter, i can only give you 1 oz of alcohol per drink. She took my $20.00 without telling us a price, said thank you and walked away. The bathroom in the room had 3 doors all opening toward each other, very awkward. The shower had about a 3 minute delay for hot water. I guess it must of came from the ground floor. My wife wanted a souvenir glass to go with our souvenir glass from the old hotel 25 years ago but the shop was closed in the morning. All in all ,we told ourselves we had a good time.
