Best WLM Reviews

When I first heard about this place being only 18+ to gamble I was really excited. You can win here, just have to be strategic on picking the right slot machines.
There are two places, this being the main hub where all the restaurants, rooms, pool/spa, and of course the gambling floor. Another place that’s a couple minutes away is casino Morongo which is 18+ only just to get in. Basically it’s a more gambling friendly environment on that side with a diner and lower limit tables
Nothing really bad to say really except some of the staff at certain places can be a lot nicer. This is just a minor thing however, as most of the time the service by the other staff is consistent and friendly.
Overall though I like the design of the place and how clean and modern it is considering it’s one of the only 18+ casinos and also the fact that it’s pretty high end like a Vegas casino. Definitely a place I recommend for sure.
Morongo is Tops. They have something for everyone. There is plenty parking for Professional Drivers. Lots of police and other security, you are safe at Morongo.
The games are many! But if you want to play poker you just need to go next door to the smaller Morongo.
I used to pass the little Bingo hall when we were young , oh and the Dinosaurs (love those guys) to get to Grandmas house :) Now I am a grandma and we both have grown... love this place and feel safe.
All employees are great, I feel I am visiting friends when I come here. OH and the Gambling is better here too. As always it is a sometimes win sometimes lose. But there is such a good vibe here at Morongo, it is just better. A mall right down the road. Hadley's has a new building, used to see movie stars shopping at the old one. Give yourself a chance and come see all that they have here at Morongo, it has been voted number one a few times (maybe more than I know). Nice rooms ! Great views! You will love the gambling ! Food is good , weather you are grabbing quick like or riding to the top for a Gourmet Dinner, your going to be happy.
We used to love this place and visit at least twice a week. We made friends with a lot of the staff and it always felt like home. We had not been there in a few months because the machines had been so tight but decided to take my son last night for his birthday. The smoke inside was HORRIBLE! When did they start allowing that again? So they cater to the 11.5% of the population that smoke??!! That makes no sense, they can go outside or to Stinky Spotlight. Well I guess we won't be going there and we can't take my mother that has lung disease either. My husband and I played in the high limit room for an hour and not one cocktail waitress came by. Wanted to buy my son a drink but the lines were ridiculous and again no cocktail server on the floor either. It's a shame because this used to be our go to for fun. We are Signature Seven Star Diamonds through Caesar's so I guess we'll stick to that if we're going to have to put up with smoke clouds in our faces. Such a bummer.
Stayed one night in two connecting rooms with my daughter and daughter-in-law. Room is very nice since it was updated a few years ago. ||We ate dinner at Cielo Steakhouse at the top floor of casino. The ambience wonderful and the waiter was very good at checking in with us to make sure we were doing alright.||The casino is fun but machines were so tight. Didn't spend as much time gambling as planned because none of us were getting any bonuses. :(||We stayed here mainly because we had planned a day at the Outlet Mall which is right next door. Was a beautiful day to walk the mall since the place is huge.||This was our second time staying at this casino and enjoyed it just as much as the first time which was probably five years ago.
I was recently there for only an hour and had lots of fun. It was my first time. Played slot machines and had a few drinks. Machines weren't so good for me but my wife had a good night. A bit crowded the night I went. Probably because of an event. Would definitely come back again.
Always have a good time at Morongo. Slots were a little tight, but Lunch was tasty. Very comfortable atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back.
We did not stay in the hotel rooms and are not true gamblers. Played some different slots and games. Large, nice atmosphere, restaurant selection was limited. We originally went for the all you can eat buffet which is advertised as having seafood, it was not open. The restrooms were clean. We will try to make it out for the buffet another time. I would have improved my rating if perhaps a band was playing or had other novelties for entertainment/ambiance.
My review is not based on gaming rather my experience as a whole.|So we came here for a two night get away. My expectations were not high so my stay was pretty good. ||Pool. I was a bit disappointed. Getting some pool time and relaxing was one of the reasons for coming. Reason I was disappointed was there was no food or drink service. There was 2 people working however they were servicing the cabanas. If you attempted to approach them they were rude and dismissive. So if you wanted food and drinks you had to go inside which takes away from a relaxing time. Other than that the pool was fine. Was not quite pool season yet so not crowded and plenty of tubes available for lazy river. There was also plenty of open chairs.|| Room. Room was spacious and clean. I especially like the bathroom. Rooms come with free coffee with a Keurig and free water (which you can also get at any bar) ||Resort itself. There is really not much to do here other than gamble unless there is an event. Like many have said the slots are tight and do not pay out. Tables are ok but you wont be winning much there either. So if you go just for gambling make sure you bring enough money. Also, their rewards club is not the greatest. They want you to play slots which is where the casino makes money. |There are several bars but no entertainment. No lounge or anything to do really. We spent our two nights at crystal hearts bar watching sports which was nice. Bartenders were nice but the drinks suck. Very light pour. Ordered drinks with tonic and all I could taste was the tonic. I dont blame the bartenders I honestly feel its policy and they do not have any wiggle room for a heavier pour. ||Plenty of free parking out front and in the parking garage. They also have valet for a fee.||Did not eat here we opted to eat out at In N Out and Chipotle which were nearby. Could walk to them actually.
