Tyler Brooks was amazing today. Our flight was canceled and our community was devastated by the hurricane. Tyler quickly helped us cancel our current reservation and gave us help with our future trip. He also was compassionate to what was going on with us and I appreciated that more than I can say. Thank you for not adding to our stress and making this part of our horrific week easy.
First, and most importantly, Alexis Meeker said that she would pray for me and my family because I told her the reason I had to cancel/reschedule my vacation. That meant the world to me because you don’t find people like that in this world very often. Second, she explained my options and then re-explained them to me so I could understand them, and make the best choice for me and my family at this time. She was not a pushy salesman and she did not act disappointed in any of my decisions. I felt heard and respected by her.
Thank you Ms. Myyah Brown at Monster reservation. As first timer in Mexico we don’t know what to do. We just want to enjoy and finding our ride to the resort. That’s it! But from inside the airport until you go out people whom you don’t know keep on approaching and talking, offering a ride with pay, showing all activities of what to do, and etc. Finally, we found our ride very organized. Me and my sister had an amazing vacation!!! It’s summer heat but enjoyed endless amount of cocktails, great food and service. A week vacation is breathtaking!!! My sister even signed a contract for her family and friends to experienced how splendid the vacation she had..
So far so good. I initially was calling to cancel my package due to the lack of info on the website. I was beyond my 30 days but fortunately for this company I spoke with Stacey S., a fantastic agent from Myrtle Beach. The only reason I'm writing this review is because I love it when people love their job and take customer service to the next level. Stacey is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and understands the product she is dealing with. I told her how much I appreciated her help and want her company and coworkers to know that they should look to her as an example of how to keep customers and how to keep them happy. Thank you Stacey!!

Great experience! Just returned a few weeks ago from a wonderful 7 day romantic vacation at Il Poggio B&B in Tuscany, Italy through Monster Reservations and this evening booked a reservation in Carlsbad California with Michelle Jones. She was super sweet friendly and helpful!
To be honest, at first I had my some doubts about Monster as they came across as pushy to me but they really came through with a great place for us in Tuscany in a town called San Casciano de Bagni. So picturesque and romantic! We had a sitting room, air conditioning (most rooms didn't) and two pools and a jacuzzi in the bathroom!

My husband and I had a great time last week this time we were chilling in the sun. Loved Mexico.
Some of the reservations information was hard to retrieve. My reservation started with Booksi and ended with Wyndham. Finding the exact number to call the hotel was a difficult challenge. The key was to state that the reservation was a third party entity. We had to find that office with the Hotel in order to check in.
