We love Monster. Just completed our first trip with them. Great experience. Heather spent a ton of time helping us with planning out our next one :). She gave some great insights that were very helpful about all our destination options. I never felt rushed talking with her. It may take a little long on weekends to get through, but it’s a small price to talk with such great people. We’ll never travel without Monster. Thanks again Heather for such great service.

We had such a great experience at Azul Beach Resort through Monster Reservations! The food was really good, staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, large balcony, entertainment was great and they had a very user friendly app to plan your days. We also had an amazing experience at the resort spa my husband and I purchased a holiday package which exceeded my expectations. My only complaint was that it appeared a little low staffed at the restaurants which made the wait times extremely long. We were only able to experience 2 of the offered 5 restaurants on the resort. They also have an adult only restaurant that looks amazing but didn’t make sense on a family centered resort so we were unable to experience it, which was really disappointing.
So far monster has sent us on a great Vaca viewing some lovely properties. Today I called to follow up on my request a few weeks ago. The customer service representative Myyah was Very Helpful and emailed the supervisor to get things escalated and quick response . I will be booking another trip this weekend for May!! Thank-you
I just made my first phone call to make my reservation and I spoke with the gentleman named Ben, and he was so darn friendly, and sweet it made me feel like I was calling a friend, and he was so informative making me feel like I made a great purchase. I had purchased two other vacation packages from two other companies during the pandemic that went out of business or didn't answer my calls when I went to book the dates. The emails are no longer valid and the money is just gone. I thought I better call and make sure they're still in business, and what a pleasant surprise it was to find they provided excellent customer service, and took great care with the very detailed information they provided to me. Ben did an excellent job, and first impressions are lasting, and because of him in the good training he was given obviously, I can already tell that I'm going to enjoy every one of these trips!
3rd Update: Ashley P. along with Emoji in Myrtle Beach have worked together to make this right and we’re in a safer place for now. I have requested to be accommodated one last time due to my mistake in answering which income bracket I am in. I appreciate how they’ve handled everything to this point and I’m looking forward to hearing back from Ashley P. soon. I’ll update tomorrow.
2nd Update: We are on our way to a third resort due to this one having a larger room to accommodate our family.
Update: We are being moved to a new resort! Ashley P. is awesome. I will update soon!!
*edit to add I’m currently waiting on a call back from Monster who is asking the developer to make this right. I will update soon.

Horrible.
Captains Quarters is under construction and the whole place is a mess! The elevators aren’t working, pools have orange barriers around them, the new rooms are not ready so they put us in an old room that smells and we’re checking for bed bugs now!
