It is always a good time at Mohegan Sun. Yes the rooms are expensive, but it is worth it to be able to just take an elevator upstairs at the end of the night and come down in the morning and grab it delicious breakfast or coffee. The last time we went, we saw a show which was very good. We’ve seen a lot of different musicians and comedians and magicians, and all sorts of great shows at Mohegan. It’s always a better night when you win unfortunately we broke out even on this last trip. But that’s OK. We had a ton of fun. The restaurants are awesome most recently we died at the Michael Jordan steakhouse and everything was fantastic. You can’t get a better steak than what you get at Michael Jordan steakhouse. And oh my goodness, the apps and the sides are all delicious. we took my parents to celebrate a special occasion and once they took care of us. Delicious drinks great table games great shows wonderful food and a very lovely spacious comfortable hotel room. Oh and the air conditioning in the hotel rooms work great and that is always something that we look for when searching for a great hotel. I highly recommend you play in your next event or date night or family get together at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville Connecticut.
I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL! This is regarding the kids are. I find that there’s not much to do in this casino. I took my toddler niece to Kids Quest Arcade and to be honest I was really disappointed. There’s barely any good games and the fun for younger children are for daycare area. Not all parents and aunties want to leave their toddlers there to play with not enough supervision. They need to update that area. That casino is huge and could do way better than that. It should be fun for the children as well. You want adults to spend? Do better on the kids area as well. Do better Mohegan!!!
Had an amazing time at Mohegan Sun Casino. The place is huge and very clean throughout. There are tons of restaurants to choose from, and I had a great dinner there. The gaming options are extensive with lots of slot machines, table games, and a top-notch poker room. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it easy to enjoy.
The entertainment options are excellent, with big concerts and shows at the Mohegan Sun Arena. I would love to stay as the hotel rooms look luxurious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere blends modern and traditional designs beautifully. The artifacts and architecture were amazing.
Overall, Mohegan Sun was a fantastic place to visit, offering a top-notch experience in dining, gaming, and entertainment. Highly recommend!
My favorite place to go ! I love the atmosphere, very classy. Restaurants are the best! Great selection of food, bars, and stores. My husband loves the cigar bar. I enjoy playing the slots. I love all the variety and different sections. It’s a fantastic place ! I look forward to going there every time. The staff and security are extremely friendly and helpful no matter where you are in Mohegan.
We always enjoy our stays at the Mohegan. Great selection of restaurants and friendly staff. This review though is about the room service which was excellent. I was impressed at how good the food was and that it arrived warm. Not only that but it arrived less than 15 minutes after I ordered! Breakfast in the room to start off the day was so relaxing. Oh, and the casino is loads of fun!!
Had a great night last night at the Frankie Valli concert. Spent a little time playing blackjack and losing. We are dinner first at the Lansdowne Irish pub. We all enjoyed our meals. I had the bed tasting pot pie I've ever had, but it definitely needed more meat and vegetables. It was mostly a very delicious crust and gravy.
The casino is awesome and usually have a great experience at the hotel. However, my last stay I received a voicemail from front desk stating a $500 charge was being added as they received an alert there was smoke in my room. I do not smoke and no candles were used, the smoke detector they install in the room clearly malfunctioned. This was stated to the manager, Charisse. Instead of putting the customer first, and quickly removing the charge, which should be the expectation, we were told their machines do not malfunction? That is laughable as absolutely no smoke was in our room! In fact, another guest, who said they do not smoke, was at desk complaining about same message they received. |At first we were told, that after we check out, they would inspect the room and refund the $500 charge, we stated we would not check out until the room was inspected. Charisse finally agreed to come up to the room - we opened the door and as clearly no smoke was detected, she immediately said the $500 would be removed. We did not receive an apology. The assumption from the staff is we were guilty and no possibility the machine malfunctioned. This is not the way you treat people. The staff should be better trained to work with people and not make assumptions.
Rooms were nice and sufficient for couple of days. Local restaurants were great and worth the price. Had too many difficulties with their Momentum program and getting issues resolved. Tried emailing their customer service and still couldn't get properly addressed. Answers kept taking me in circles. In the end no one on site or online seem to be trying to resolve the problem.
