We had a lot more fun here than I thought we would. It's a bit pricey but worth it for the kids. Our kiddo got knighted by the queen and had some special recognition during the festivities. The food was actually really good. We were not disappointed with the food and drink at all! There is a big business with selling souvenirs, but it's all pretty cool and a very festive fun atmosphere. The show was fun. The animals are very well trained and did some amazing tricks and dances. The jousting and choreographed fights were very entertaining. Our kiddo is 10 years old and the perfect age to enjoy this!
This place was very entertaining. We bought our tickets online. You can also buy your tickets right when you enter. Fast and easy. The next door that you're going to step in will be to take pictures if you want with your family or wherever you showed up with. When you're done with that you go directly into the doors and they have an awesome bar. We bought a mug glass and a glass that was shaped as a castle piece. They have a whole section where you could buy different things from medieval times. A gift shop with dragons and many nice interesting things. You will wait a bit to be seated at that time it's really nice just to look at the stuff there. The show was amazing I love the horses performances and even the actors they engage with the public it is super entertaining. We were on the blue team and our server was amazing. He was very funny and was very quick to bring our meals.
I have driven by Medieval Times but never gone in and my extended family thought it would be a good opportunity to let some out of town guests experience something different here in Dallas. It was really good! I had heard a few things about the place but nothing like actually experiencing it all first hand. The staff was very courteous and made sure we got to enjoy our time there. The knights on their horses plus the squires and helpers on side horses did a great job of staying in character, and most importantly our knight won. It was all in all great entertaining.
It was such a blast!! I wish I could add videos. This is worth every single penny and I recommend it 12 out of 10!!! It was so realistic too and they even have real souvenirs. I will say book earlier though do you can sit closer to the front and see better. Also idk what they put in that corn but it tasted unbelievably good and the rest of the food was good too I just can’t stop thinking about that corn.
It’s nice. For me it’s a once and done. Prices are expensive so plan to spend a lot. Free parking. Get here early people start to line up an hour before show. Once your in does not matter if you’re first in line you’re kinda guided to your seating area based off the crown colors they give you. Show was nice. Food was basic.
Our overall experience was so exciting. Especially for my family, it was their first time to visit the castle and show. I enjoyed adding on the night ceremony so my son can get knighted for his birthday. Thank you Medieval Times for making my son's birthday special. Everyone was amazing, kind and helpful.

Price seems a bit steep until you see the show and everything that goes in to putting it on then it seems like a bargin.
SO FUN! Unique and wholesome fun for anyone, From young to old, this is a show for everyone. Great story line, acting, and animal display. The food was excellent and authentic way it's served/eaten. Definitel recommend. The only thing is the chairs are very low, making the table come to one's chest. Makes it awkward.
