Amazing place for the family. I recently went and the service is amazing. the servers were great and kept coming back to give us our remaining plates and any questions we had. The food was great too, be prepared to eat with your hands! Overall the whole show was great and was very enjoyable. Definitely recommend going!
Had a lot of fun with my kids and Grandparents. Three adults and three children 12 and under. A lot of fun cheering for our red knight. The food was good. The kids had a great time realizing they were okay to eat with no utensils.
Facility was clean and easy to navigate. The entertainers were clear and fun to watch. The horses were beautiful and well trained. Such an exciting event to go to.
Food was tasty, service was great, family atmosphere. I gave it 4 stars only because the show itself was hard to follow. Many friends had raved on it however we were told it was a new program. The show could have been more entertaining.
First, Parking:
It's terrible, it's located in the mall so leave early and find parking especially during holiday months.
Food:
I'm vegetarian, was excited when I saw they had vegan/vegetarian options. The food was very delicious. My daughter ate the chicken and she loved it. It looked juicy and well seasoned. My pot of rice, beans, corn & potatoes was very tasty, I'd love to go back just for that. Drinks were pretty good as well. I didn't get sick, so I'm assuming food handling is well with little to no cross contamination.
Service:
Amazing! our wench (lol) was pretty awesome and attentive.
Now for the show:
It was what I had expected. A play with live animals, fun action and audience cheering.
Animals:
As a vegetarian and animal lover, I always look for the well-being of animals. The place inside looks small. So I'm hoping the horses are not kept in space restricted stables with only the stadium to train in. I really couldn't see from where I was, but was the falcon stopped from flying by her trainer in a way that she threw the rope on it? If so, that didn't quite sit well with me. I'm only stating that bc of the way it was flown to capture and wrap on the falcon thus making the bird fall to the ground. I'm sure a training whistle can be better suited to train it to come back to its handler.
Facility:
Clean. Bathrooms were kid friendly and clean. It was nice and cool in there.
Overall experience:
My daughter enjoyed it. I did up until I got in my head and started questioning where the horses live and the stopping of the falcon. But overall, all animal beauties looked healthy and well cared for.
Amazing!! The Black & White should've won, but overall, an excellent time!! The food was so good, not much of a chicken eater at restaurants, but this was so good. Even the potato was delicious. The show was great to watch and very entertaining. The 2 hours fly by.
The service was very good, nice staff members, the food was good. The chicken was big, flavorful and juicy. The corn was a little spicy but good, the potato was flavorful; the weakest was the dessert and the soup but they were still good. The show was entertaining and fun to watch. We definitely recommend this place ???? good thing that they provide wet wipes cause you eat everything with your hands haha.
Fantastic show and meal! Huge portions and excellent show! We are a family of 6 and every one of us loved it! Even my 2 year old was chanting, "Go Blue!" Awesome experience! Can't wait to visit again.
An absolutely fun and immersive experience. The staff were all great and in character and you can tell they have a fun time . The food was alright, the chicken and bread I think were the best part of the meal. We surprised our friend with a knighting ceremony , but they do it in the waiting area before the ceremony and it is full of people and very loud and we could barely hear the (squire? The Queen's hand ? I can't remember what he was). But overall it was so fun rooting for our knight and seeing the horses so well trained, it was awesome and super fun for all ages . We'd definitely go again !
