Best WLM Reviews

Location is very convenient if attending an event at Allegiant Stadium but you honestly don’t need to stay at Mandalay to utilize the walkway. Location is not convenient for strip access if you want to be able to walk. Based on the location I would expect the hotel and rooms to be nicer to draw people to it, but the rooms were not special. We booked a two-bedroom suite (a rarity on the strip) and the layout and amenities were lacking. In addition, I had booked a 2 King suite and on arrival was assigned a 2 Queen suite. The queen suites have different layouts and the beds were smaller than a standard size. The room was not exceptionally clean, there were no robes/slippers, and I would have expected more luxury amenities for the room type. The suite is a strange layout with no kitchen amenities other than a sink. The mini fridge was locked, so even if we wanted to spend $40/mini liquor bottle, we couldn’t.
All in all, disappointing. I’ll be staying elsewhere in the future.
The one bright spot? Al at the roulette table in the casino.
Massive hotel - huge. Everything was very clean except the casino floor which stank of smoke. Service was perfect. Room was very nice and to a high standard, and the room was fairly cheap to book - the only thing is the price of absolutely everything once they have you in. All the food, restaurants, everything is very expensive in the hotel. Try to venture away from the strip for better value everything.
This is a fantastic location at the very beginning of the Las Vegas Strip, making it convenient and accessible for visitors. If you book a room on the strip-facing side, you’ll be treated to stunning views that truly enhance the experience. Additionally, since this spot is located at the southern end of the Strip, there’s a complimentary tram service available that runs to the Luxor and Excalibur, which adds to the convenience and makes getting around even easier.
The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. The casino floor and on-site restaurants had a lively and vibrant energy, creating an enjoyable environment without ever feeling overcrowded or overwhelming. It struck the perfect balance between excitement and comfort.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a memorable and enjoyable stay in Vegas. It’s a great choice for both first-time visitors and seasoned Vegas travelers alike!
When I went to Mandalay Bay, I got greeted by Maggie. What a wonderful person to be around and joyful. Accommodations from her was great. I love the aesthetics and the vibe in this hotel. Spacious rooms with a lot of amenities, they also have a train going to the strip which is great!
Would love to come here again.
Soft bed, spacious bathroom with a soaking tub...a high end hotel for a medium price, primarily because it is the most southerly located property on the strip. We rent a car so it is not a problem and generally eat off strip. We normally get comp rooms at the Luxor but when we were offered 2 nights free at Mandalay we decided to try and it was well worth it.
We’re just on the first day of our vacation at what’s supposed to be a five-star resort, and we’re already frustrated. They’re charging a $50 resort fee per night, but there are no resort amenities to justify it. The spa costs extra, there’s no coffee or tea in the room, and no basic toiletries like soap. The wifi is terrible, and the curtain is broken. For the price and the supposed “five-star” experience, this is a huge letdown. Definitely not what we expected.
Beds are hard. Pillows are way too big, my neck hurt. Bathtub was full of hairs and not cleaned. Beware! The mini fridge in the room was full of drinks which were offered at an outrageous price like 800% mark up. They also would not let you use the mini fridge without charging you. All other hotels give you a free mini fridge with a room, this is one reason I will never stay here again.
This was a great hotel. The food was good. Our room was amazing. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with an amazing view. We will definitely be back. The restaurants did close early for a casino but we were there in the middle of the week.
