Breakfast is the best part of the experience. They bring out a variety of Disney characters, the lobby was decorated so beautifully for the holidays. We loved the setup the kids had outdoors as well. They even give a complimentary birthday cake and dance for your birthday. 10/10 will recommend! Thank you again Magic Moment for the lovely experience
A nice, faith-based hotel that is smoke- and vape-free and focuses on family, especially children. There are lots of outdoor play spaces, a 2-story bounce slide, swings, seesaws, porch swings, and covered play areas. The temperature-controlled pool is fenced in and has plenty of towels and lounge seating. The staff is helpful, attentive, and friendly; the hotel and its grounds are clean; and there's plenty of parking. We thought breakfast would be the typical Continental type, but were impressed with the hot breakfast that is provided daily: an egg dish, bacon or sausage, Mickey waffles and toppings, biscuits and gravy, cereals, fresh fruits, breads, pastries, milk, juice, coffee, and tea. The breakfast room is spacious and clean with real plates, cups, and eating utensils.
We will definitely be staying here again and will look for this brand when traveling in other cities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
This place is wonderful. The work staff are so kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean and kept up in great shape. The kids loved the heated pool, playground and the fun character at breakfast. The breakfast was also amazing. They had several different food choices everyday, that was not expected. We really enjoyed our time here. We spent a week. We want to come here again soon!
We chose this family resort as we were evacuating with our two grand kids from the Florida west coast. Our amazing experience at this property started from the moment we arrived. Henry provided a check in that was quick and flawless, which was so appreciated especially after a long drive. |Our grandkids were so happy when we entered our room which was decorated in a princess theme. The spacious room was spotless, with comfortable queen beds, lots of pillows, fluffy towels, coffee machine and a good sized hotel refrigerator (perfect for all the snacks and drinks we'd brought along in case storm affected this area).|The room was in a perfect location right in front of the kids playground, which had so many different areas to keep them busy throughout our stay. The indoor playroom was much appreciated on the day of the storm, giving us an alternate area the kids could spend time instead of having to stay in the hotel room all day.|Breakfast time was well thought out with different buffet stations, including a waffle station with mickey shaped waffles, which were a big hit with the kids. The highlight for them was having one of the "minions" singing while they ate their breakfast.|We noticed throughout our stay that the resort staff was always busy trying to keep everything nice and tidy, housekeeping checking in the morning on our needs, and grounds people clearing out branches and debris after the storm so that the kids could go back to enjoying the playground area. The pool area was under renovation, but it didn't affect us due to the weather. I'm sure that it will look very nice once they're done. |Our family has traveled the world, stayed in many styles of properties, and one thing that certainly stood out about this resort in particular were all the positive and inspirational messages that were included not only in the decor of some of the rooms, but also signs throughout the common areas and even the parking lot. The staff were also very friendly, and you could tell that they cared about making the property look it's best, and that the families staying there were well taken care of. Carolina and Jesus at the breakfast and lobby areas were very caring and hospitable. Darlys in housekeeping, and Henry and Victor at the front desk, also provided outstanding service.|We highly recommend this resort for families, not only for the great service that is offered, but certainly the value that is offered with the rooms and facilities compared to other hotels in the area.|
Great service and kind individual working in this place. Daily y Carolina were very friendly. My experience was great and my kids enjoyed it.

Rooms were very nice and clean. But, they charge for literally anything else you might need. We arrived an hour and a half early, and they said we could check in early, but had to pay $40. We paid because we didn’t want to be sitting in the lobby just waiting. Then, we realized we forgot toothpaste, we called down and they said nothing is complimentary, it would be $4. We then called for extra blankets, and nobody ever showed up. Lastly, we asked if we could have until noon for checkout, but of course there was a charge for that, an extra $10. I have stayed at dozens of Orlando hotels and never been charged for every little detail. Will definitely never stay here again.
We just spent two nights here and from check in to check out it was top notch service!
The rooms are clean, beds and pillows soft and we did the decorative room which blew my 7 year old away.
The play area was amazing. The prayers around property were amazing. The affirmation walls where so neat, we stopped and read them all.

We had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the family-friendly atmosphere was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious. The kids’ play areas are big and safe for everyone. We loved spending time in the pool with our children and will absolutely be back! Thanks to everyone for making our vacation truly memorable.
