The lights require a room key in a slot near the door. Taking the key will eventually turn off the lights. Neat way to conserve electricity. Great water pressure, quick heated water. Towels normal (little rough, not large). Bed is firm (more than I prefer). Staff is super friendly. Food is tasty. Good place to stay if you don't want to be surrounded by the chaos of the strip.
The M Casino is great. I enjoy playing slots there. When you get a PennPlay card they offer great perks. Great spa! The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Nice deep tub that has a glass partition or you can look out over the living room and out the window to see the view. Great off strip property.
Horrible customer service. Gave us a month of December rewards throughout the month to use for m resort. Free play and food, stay if we wanted. Played the first two free plays, ate dinning credit for first half of month and came back to play the third free play credits offer per m resort, only to find out they pulled the offer because we didn’t play enough with the free play! No where does it state this is even possible nor that any conditions had to be met to get the next free play. We had 6 more free play windows to play during the month, all were cancelled without notice! Have free play in other places. Never an issue how much we played. Total joke. We won’t be back. Be aware what they say is yours actually isn’t. Happy holidays
My experience here, was by far the best hotel I’ve been to in Las Vegas! Every person I’ve met here, being a waiter, to the check-in lady, I think her name was Lei, to the card dealers to the man who overseas the tables there at the M are absolutely worth coming back for! They’re welcoming, super friendly and just super comforting. They remembered us from a few nights before. Just really wanting us to have a great time spent there. We ate at the raiders tavern bar and grill twice and both times were amazing. The food and service were superb! We also ate at the steak house, called Anthony’s and OMG you MUST go there. We ordered scallops, prime rib, oysters, escargot and everything tasted spectacular and the service there was top notch! I can’t wait to come back in May! We’re definitely staying here again! ????????????????????????
With free self-serve soda fountains, live outdoor concerts, and a modern design, M Resort provides a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere just a short drive South from the Strip.
I mostly come here for business conferences and I find their conference space to be clean and spacious. I also appreciate the free and convenient attached parking structure.
It’s such a beautiful hotel and casino. It smells great all throughout the place. A perfect view to admire the strip from afar as well as a closer view for the mountains. Kate in reservations and Yamileth at the front desk provided extraordinary customer service and support.

After deciding to last minute, same day, book a trip to Vegas based off of specific comps another casino offered us, then receiving an email that did not match and them confirming they messed up after we were already at the airport, just to get to the hotel and they had no want to try to make things right and the room was not cleaned, reeked terribly, and had lots of short hairs all in the bathroom and floor… we decided we were not staying there and looked into other options.
After searching all of the players cards from different casinos, we realized we had M resort as an option. 11 miles away from the strip wasn’t ideal but honestly, I don’t think I ever care to stay right on the strip after being here.
This hotel looks new and is well maintained. The staff I encountered were all super nice. There are a lot of places to eat inside. And a ton of Raiders stuff as it says it’s the official hotel of the Raiders. The casino is pretty large. It’s a decent bit away from the Vegas commotion. The pool looks outstanding.

This hotel is beautiful, contemporary, spacious, and immaculately clean. It has just about everything you might need, including a variety of shops and restaurants. Plus, it’s only five minutes away from other dining options and coffee shops.
The on-site spa offers a full range of services, including massages, manicures, pedicures, makeup, hair treatments, and haircuts. There’s also a cozy coffee shop with a delicious selection of pastries, and the pool area is stunning.
For dining, there’s a fantastic variety, including a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant, a deli, and a tavern grill.
The property is very accessible and wheelchair-friendly, and the rooms have wonderful views of either the valley or the city.
