To start with parking was not convenient. It was hard to find the front desk when we did they had lost our reservation and then proceeded to give us a Cheaper room than we had reserved. They said rooms were first come first serve however I believe because we got a special room rate with the convention we were attending at that location. They put us in their cheap rooms. when we asked for the room, we had originally reserved They had none available the resort manager on duty was very rude and did not have any empathy to our situation. When I asked if there was any other accommodations they could afford us she wasn’t emphatic at all. So I asked if they could give us a discount and she said all she could do is give us a $50 credit towards food.
Also above the front desk was a big water stain from what looked to be a water leak under one of the rooms we proceeded to the room and at first glance, it seemed to be cleaned however after observing some different things in the bathroom it is smelled of urine we realize that the floor near the toilet had not been properly washed down or cleaned later getting in the shower we found that there was soap scum in around the soap dish and was not clean as well I also found the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and had not been refilled. There was also severe dust in the corners but unfortunately, I did not get pictures of the dust. My wife was also disappointed they do not have coffee makers in the rooms. Very few towels were available in the room. There is no extra amenities whatsoever for the amount of money they get per night and a $40 resort fee. I guarantee the value is not there. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
Everything was top notch. Had a GREAT Time for my Wifes Birthday Weekend. Food at all restaurants were great. Overall , we lost but sometimes that happens. Would stay again in a heart beat. Great service and a WONDERFUL Room. This is our place to stay in Vegas.
I was here for a conference last week and the hotel seemed very nice. I did not stay there but the people I spoke to who did said the rooms were very nice. There weren't too many table games at all and it seemed like the majority of the games were just slot machines which I don't play. The restaurants and bars were nice and the accommodations were generally good. The worst part is it's located about 20 minutes south of the southern end of the strip so it's kind of a hassle to get there.
Traveler friendly casino. I have seen sleeper base in parking lot which is awesome. I always tell people to hit the m up. WiFi upgraded super fast now. Plus the employees are all professional and friendly. I do my school work here gamble and buy food from time to time. Always enjoy myself.
Very unprofessional at the table games. Pit boss and craps dealers were very rude. We were cashing in chips at the craps table. We thought it was a different amount than what they said so the pit boss came over and recounted and they were right but it was what was said next. He said my dealers don't make mistakes. Sorry everyone makes mistakes. To top it off the dealer was mad and said and said don't come back. If this isn't unprofessional then tell me what is unprofessional. This establishment needs some schooling on how to treat customers. These 2 reflect how the M resort treats the customer.
Nice cozy atmosphere, not an extremely big casino but a good one all the same. When I went it was overnight like 5 am and it was very calm. The dealers were welcoming. My dealer was Brian, he was very knowledgeable and helped when I needed it. Great energy with him he kept me entertained.
Very nice and fun hotel. They host regular comedy shows so the wife and I are there a lot. Great bartenders at all the bars and most of the restaurants are pretty good(Walked out of the steakhouse). They also have a locals friendly pool that's family friendly.
Went to The M for a concert last week and two of the security officers really stood out and were amazing and thought you should know. The first one was Nick, he helped us get to where we needed to and made sure we got there safely, very friendly and kind. The second one was Alice Banks, she was inside the concert and so much fun and friendly, made it a great experience. Thank you!
