It hasn’t been 3 hours since we got our nails done. My daughters nail chipped and they cut up my toes my nails are bumpy and thin. They are rude. I told the man he was hurting me and he just waived me off! $200 wasted! Never again! They have to be using old polish.

I have been to this nail shop several times before and have not had any problems. I went in there on Friday had a male that I had never seen there before do my no chip mani and pedicure. Got home and the polished chipped really bad. I go back on Saturday to have them redone and the lady there just took a little polish off and polished over the same polish. Of course it chipped again Saturday night. I didn’t have time to go back on Sunday went on Monday and they was closed. So when I went on Tuesday had pictures with the times and all and they was trying to get me to pay more money. And then one of the employees gonna tell me that they don’t have time to keep doing my nail that they could only fix one time. I will never be coming back to this place again. There is no way that no chip should have kept chipping within hours.
Absolutely horrid service & I’ll neither be returning nor recommending this establishment. I was repeatedly, over 12 times, asked the same question (I thought, pay attention man gosh). Then nail tech yelled at me, for what reason, I still don’t know. He threw my money back at me because he was unable to mimic the designs in a picture I first showed him before he ever began. Basically, he did my nails, struggled with designing them, then got mad at me for his inability to replicate. Days later, I’m still baffled by my experience. I’ve frequented this establishment for over 15 years & yes, it’s under “newer ownership” who don’t care about the customer as individuals, unfortunately.
Long story short, there are far too many competitors nearby to frequent this one ever again; sanity, peace of mind, & emotional well-being supersede ever returning to this establishment.......it’s just too inconsistent & I left, what was to be a relaxing experience, with heart palpitations & rage.

After 3 days they coming clean off… I was going to go back to get it fix but why waste my time… they are getting worse and the certificate on the wall are not theirs…. I have to figure out how to report them
Just had my nails done here today. Not happy at all with my experience here, will not be coming back! I told them 3 times I wanted French Tip Gels full set and still ended up with no French tips. Instead they wanted to paint them and charge me for it. No thanks!
They have gone down hill! If its crowded they rush and do a bad job. My overlay with gel polish lasted 3 days!! The lady did my nails sideways and i asked her why, she said she was trying to see....???? Wrong person to be doing nails. That was my last visit out of many years and their service was better years ago.
