Nice hotel. Excellent staff and all very helpful. Especially Gabriel at the front desk who was exceptional. The hotel is very nice and very well located. Close enough to the parks to walk there in under 10 minutes and far enough to be just outside the city walk mayhem. Pool was very nice and they keep it open late enough to enjoy it after a full day at the parks. Double bed rooms could be a little bigger, but our family of four figured it out. If I return for another trip, I would absolutely consider staying here again.
Went on a mother-daughter trip this week, and while we had some issues with the parks, the hotel itself was incredible. Do not hesitate to order room service meals, because they are fantastic. My daughter loved their chicken noodle soup so much she ordered it more than once while we were there. Every single staff member we encountered was very kind and eager to help.
Our room was very clean, comfortable, and pretty. The beds were so comfortable, and I honestly need to know where they source their pillows! We requested a room with a park view and we were probably given one of the best the hotel had to offer, and we loved it. They truly went above and beyond for this. You can literally feel and hear the Hulk coaster taking off from the room! It was pretty fun to wake up to that every morning.
Overall, we had a very positive experience with Royal Pacific Resort. The prices for our stay were reasonable and beat the other Universal premier hotels by miles, so if you're wanting to take advantage of the included express passes and EPA, don't hesitate to book with RP. It was great. :)
This is an awesome resort! The staff is ridiculously polite and very helpful. Always willing to lend a hand and help you get to where you are going. The amenities are on point. The food is pretty good, and the pool area is a great time for all as well. Has 2 got tubs and a few private cabanas. There is also a bar and food service for all at the pool too. Boat and bus service, too, the parks is as painless as possible. My family and I will definitely be staying here again!
Overall stay was amazing!! Location was amazing and the ease of extending our stay was super easy and smooth. Amazing pool side service, food and drinks were phenomenal. My friends and I could not have asked for a better time and a better place to stay. TV in the rooms are not the best for when you need to take a break. The staff for parking were not the best and make you feel like you're an inconvenience and that you are stupid, but we avoided needing our cars as much as possible until it was time for us to check out. Everything else was great and we will be staying here again in the future.
Our room was Spacious enough, Very clean, Very Beautiful! First we enjoyed our families request for conjoined rooms. Really enjoyed being on main floor near front desk and the market as well as the daily pick up of trash, and beds made up. Appreciated the digital option for laundry. All staff was kind and courteous. Lastly, we appreciated the text message check-ins throughout our trip for anything we may have needed.
Our 8 day stay was wonderful. The hotel was very nice and the grounds were beautiful especially the garden walks. The hotel felt clean and safe, bed and pillows comfy, and the staff were friendly and professional. We loved how close to everything it was and enjoyed the water taxi. We had no issues during our stay. I plan to come back and will definitely stay here again.
Beautiful hotel and grounds. Water taxi was fast and convenient. Parking was easy and close to resort. Rooms on the small side and older looking. Electrical outlets were loose when plugging in devices. Charged for use of a microwave. The prices were high in their little market but has many food options. Overall great stay.
I decided to book this hotel for the close proximity to the parks and the express pass for my family of 5. Definitely worth it! The hotel was gorgeous, clean and we received awesome service. I loved the ability to text the concierge with questions anytime and receive a prompt response. This place is pretty large so it took us a day to get acclimated but there was a trail directly to the parks which was about a 7 minute walk. The water taxis were timely and very convenient to have access to CityWalk for dinner options. The rooms were clean but average and small. Overall we enjoyed and would def book again!
