We liked our first day casino experience. The location and parking were easy. Wins at the slot machine were hit or miss. Staff was helpful despite our difficulty finding membership area and the restrooms. Very overcrowded yet enjoyable. We got a membership card, a tote bag, free play $25, and lanyard. It was impressive.
The conference and performance area is spectacular. Every detail is well-done and highly styled. There are a variety of good restaurants and hospitality venues. The rooms are clean, modern, stylish, and luxurious.
Didn't stay in a room, just there for high school graduation of grandson. Beautiful venue. Great sound & video. Very clean. Comfortable seats. Plenty of room.
Fun and large casino! I played Roulette. It was enjoyable. I would have liked the minimum bet to have been a little lower, ($25) however it was a good time. I broke even. The casino was clean as well as the facilities. Recommended.
We were a guest as part of a wedding block at the end of April, and I was encouraged by the front desk to email a manager about our experience. I never heard back from them. Additionally, I was told someone would call me but no one ever did. So I'm resorting to writing this review to get their attention.
On our last night in the room, we got in late from the wedding and got in bed. Shortly after midnight, a white electrical box which contained a power outlet started loudly whining and buzzing. We were extremely concerned about the fire safety of our room and attempted to call the front desk from our room phone. No one answered. I then tried calling from my cell phone and finally got someone who said maintenance would come up. About a half hour later, someone came to check it out. He said he couldn't fix it and said he would speak with his manager and come right back. He never did. Almost two hours later I tried calling from my cell phone. No one answered. I tried calling again and selected the emergency line. No answer. I finally put a jacket and shoes on and headed down to the front desk where I explained the situation. I was told that no one could fix it that night and the hotel was full. I kept expressing my concern about the safety of the room. Finally, she found a room we could transfer to. At this point, it was around 3am. We were exhausted and had to pack up everything and move to another floor. Obviously, we did not get much sleep that night and had a long drive ahead of us.
I believe your hotel could learn a lot from this experience.
1) Follow-through. Not only did a manager not contact me when I was told they would, but the maintenance man never came back when he told us he would be back.
2) Safety. No one seemed to be concerned about the dangerous situation we were in with a whining/buzzing power outlet. And no one was able to fix it right away.
3) Customer experience. It was very hard to get someone to answer the phone (even the emergency line which is very concerning to me) and I had to leave my room to receive attention.
Is there anything that can be done to rectify this experience?

Haven't been here in quite some time. Don't like the distance of their handicap parking is a distance from the entrance. They have more digital games than the casino one arm bandit games that I like. For those that would like to stay overnight there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, even shopping is available in the mall it's a great location.
We enjoyed our stay however, the housekeeping staff was quite loud in the halls early in the morning. Check out isn't until 10 or later. The loud laughing and yelling down the hall was a bit much. There are lots of dining options. We had dinner at koho, and that was a phenomenal experience. A+ customer service! The Hall was great. We've attended a few shows there and always had a good time. Clean facility and great bar staff. Will definitely visit again.
