Legends Outlets in Kansas City is a fun place.???? I like the themes that it displayed. One area had a fisherman, another area had a hunter in a prairie and then there is a fun "glassy" pool. The layout seems well-designed, allowing easy navigation between stores amidst a pleasant outdoor setting.
I like the interactive directory that shows not just the map but a great digitized view of the entire mall. There are a lot of different store and we went into several of them. It's a fun outdoor mall.
Legends has a unique feature that I've not seen before, it has a massive fireplace on the second floor. This focal point not only adds a cozy charm but also offers a great vantage point to take in the vibrant atmosphere of the open area below. It's the perfect spot to relax after shopping, especially on cooler evenings. I'd love to see this during the winter (hopefully it works).
The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, making it a great destination for families, friends, or even solo shoppers looking to enjoy a day out.

Fun place to walk around, explore stores, and have a great time with friends and family. Shoe stores are abundant, and clothing is easy to find. Christmas setup makes shopping magical too.
It's not quite what it used to be. But it's still beautiful and loaded with shopping options! ???? People are everywhere and line the walking paths. We never seen security the entire time shopping, which made us feel uneasy and unsafe! The area was clean and ready to navigate! We did wish the signage was a little better to indicate the side corridor shopping. It's impossible to see all the shops and their locations! Ready parking all around and quite plentiful!
Nice, large shopping center with plenty of different stores, restaurants, and other things to do in the vicinity. All of the stores have outdoor storefronts which means you're going to spend a lot of time walking outside so dress and plan accordingly. There is plenty of parking and it is easy to find your way around. The stores were not crowded when I visited but I'm sure that varies depending on time, date, and weather. Overall, a good place to get your shopping done.
What a lovely shopping center! Great environment! Beautiful area! Some great unique and fun stores!! All at good prices! Very clean! Nice area to walk around, shop and relax! And all staff at the stores were mostly friendly!!
Walked around on a windy & chilly day. Lots of stores. Dress warm as you walk outside to get to each store. I liked the Christmas tree, art, and statues in various areas.
Very clean good location surrounding areas full of food and shops. Very relaxing wasn't very busy which was nice could see everything and browse all day. It'd about 30 mins from downtown was some traffic on the way but overall was worth the drive.
Overall it was pleasant. I did see a need for more handicap accessible features. as a spouse of a person who is in a wheelchair it doesn’t have a lot of accommodations, but the shops are nice and the people are friendly. I would return with my daughter and sons.
