Kobe Altamonte is such an amazing facility! I love that they have 2 sides to the restaurant! They have the traditional hibachi with the best entertaining chefs and casual quite restaurant side to share great conversations and small gatherings. POM is absolutely the best! She is very nice, professional, and hospitable! She gave us such an amazing experience! Arigato Pom and Kobe Altamonte!!
Lynn, kenji, and christiana what a beautiful experience me and my family had. From the moment we walk in all the way till the end was wonderful. The cook was funny and very friendly. Will come again most definitely
Joel and Vina were the best of the best. They had some difficult costumers and Joel and Vina handled it perfectly to make it a good experience for all . Food so good that I cant even describe it. Try it out for yourself and trust me you will want to go back the next day.
Linh and Kenji are the best. We eat here every single Saturday and we are never disappointed. The staff are super friendly, and the food is always booked to perfection. There’s always funny to eat and plenty of leftovers. The bathrooms are always clean and it really is our favorite place.
One of the best restaurants to in the area. The theme and ambiance is so amazing. The food was delicious and fresh. If you’re looking for a first date place and like really yummy food this is the place!
My baby went there for her friend birthday so my baby and her friend family had party of 17 people And the server didn’t serve nobody noodles I didn’t know until I got home my child said mom did they stop giving us noodles with the food I said no so I drove back to the store I spoke Tai Nguyen and also another Manger Quan Nguyen manger also I am telling him what happened that they cook didn’t make no noodles to give to my child and her party of 17 people So he was like that’s Impossible I was like Sir I guess it because the whole table which was 17 people had no noodles I thought he was rude telling me I was lying I told him I wasn’t lying because every time my child gets food she takes pictures so he seen it was no noodles on the plate oh he sorry now but you just said I was lying so when he looks at the picture he immediately give me a refund but I really feel before that Picture was presented. He was being prejudice. So I wouldn’t not recommend nobody go there because their service service is very, very, very poor

I reserved a banquet room for my Mom's 90th birthday party today. Ty (Manager) and his team were absolutely amazing. Ty came out and introduced himself as I had only interacted via email. Everyone was so pleasant, professional and entertaining. We had a group of 28 and they were all very pleased and had a great time. The food was excellent and the Chefs (Onkyo, Sanji and Namba) and servers (Lyn, Una and Linh) were very entertaining,!!! Thank you Ty for making my Mom's 90th birthday a success. We will definitely return!!!!
