Katy Mills is a popular outlet mall located in Katy, TX, about 25 miles west of downtown Houston. It offers a variety of shopping options with over 175 stores, including major brands like Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, and Forever 21. The mall also features family-friendly activities, such as an AMC movie theater and a large food court with eateries like Rainforest Café, Charley's Grilled Subs, and Great Wraps
I love Katy Mills,spent alot.of time there during my holiday in Katy.There were so many stores with good deals,the food court offered a variety of food and the toilets were clean and neat.
A must visit when in Katy,Texas.
Not a bad mall but it could be better. The food court needs more well known commercial restaurants. They have three places that literally serve the same Asian food. The bathroom situation at this mall is the worst. They need to look at putting in more bathrooms and maintain them every two hours.
The market is pretty good for mid-range brand shoppers. The environment is good, but the problem is that boutique stores in the walkway, especially perfume shops and massage shops, are always pushing customers. It is always disappointing and disgusting to push and stop customers. Even though they offer low-priced products at high prices and don’t have a return policy, it’s like everything was planned to cut customers pockets ????
The mall is nice, but two stores I went to it felt like a furnace. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting. I’m glad you all have done some improvements to the mall, but can you check restrooms regularly. Lots of stalls with no toilet paper, none of those papers that you put over the toilet. I understand people are disgusting and don’t know how to use a restroom properly, but for those of us that do we shouldn’t have to suffer. I couldn’t even get soap to get the toilet seat cleaned because they were all gross!!! Why, because on one side there is no soap and on the other side there is two things of soap that do not work so you had to dip your hand in to get the soap ????
This mall is relatively small compared to the ones around the Houston area. It’s an ok mall the only thing they should improve on is the cleanliness. The restrooms were dirty and the floors around the mall too. I am guessing it is because there is a lot of people going to the mall around this time of the year. There are not many options at the food court. I would like to add there are some stores located here that offer very good deals.
Nice facility, sesonal decorations for the holidays, its busy and there are plenty of top market department stores and recreational activites there. Gave it a 4 because its starting to show a little wear and tear and restroom facilities could use some TLC. Overall a great place to shop and sneak in a walk in an environmentally controlled atmosphere.
Ah, such a clean & wonderful mall! I really do enjoy all the different stores in here. Even though they label it as a outlet mall sometimes, not every store is in outlet store.
One of my favorite discoveries is the f.y.e. Store that has a ton of pop culture material. There is something available for everyone!
One of my other favorite stores is the bubble tea Stores! The food court recently got a Korean corn dog restaurant and it is absolutely delicious!
- k-dogs are definitely something to try. You may like it you may not like it. You will not know until you try!
Other awesome stores include a five below, Hot Topic, Ross..
Give this mall a try, there is something for everybody.
