Best WLM Reviews

I went for the 16th Annual Classic R &B Convention. The staff were attentive and responsive to my needs as if I were the only guest they had to attend to. There were over a thousand people at the resort, yet I felt welcome. Check-in was smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The resort is huge, so be prepared to walk. The water park is also nice. It didn't feel crowded.
I loved it and would return to experience it with my grandchildren.
We got there to a beautiful and clean facility. The service was excellent from Valet ,to Check in. They assisted me with everything knowing I had a disabled partner in my party. We got to the room and was stunned by the size of the room. We had so many beds and space. The food was pretty good and we had a wonderful peaceful nights sleep while there. We only waited 30mins to get in our room after checking in. I was so please and would definitely go there again
Here for a company Christmas party. From the moment we walked in to registration until check out with valet we felt well taken care of and welcome. Atmosphere is fun and the place is enormous but packed with stuff to look at making your walk easier. Definitely a family environment with nighttime activities for the 21+ crowd. Our only gripe is the beds are not great (motel-ish) for the price.
The good part (and the most important part): it was an absolute blast for the kids. The water park has plenty of variety for both of my daughters (5 and 10 years old). The kids couldn't get enough. Food was what I expected. Nothing exceptional, but about the quality of a decent burger joint. The staff were all respectful and polite, even when needing to address someone breaking the rules. The staff were also very attentive. I don't think they were permitted to have any electronics on them at all (I was asked for the time several times). The only downside, and it's really a minimal one in my eyes): the bed. It was way too soft/bouncy if that makes sense. This is totally subjective, and since we only spent a minimal amount of time in the room, not really a big deal. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend.
This is a great place for family fun. My kids loved the indoor wall and outdoor water park. There is also an arcade, miniature golf, and bowling. There is also stuff for adults as well (drinks, music, live music, indoor, outdoor, pool bars). Depending on the room you book they gave us a $100 food card and $100 in credits for the arcade which was great. If I had my complaint it would be we called down for a do not disturb sign and for fresh wash clothes and they never came. Thankfully we ended up not really needing either. I would definitely recommend this place for a family weekend and we would definitely come again.
Booked the penthouse 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom suite. Room was clean and had a beautiful view. Fireplace, full size fridge/freezer, big kitchen table that sits 8, extra large living room with fire place. Master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath and a shower with multiple jets in different directions. Best strong water pressure ever for shower or tub. Nice paintings on wall, and plenty of lights around the suite. Would book this room again in the future. Kids love it and best place for a vacation.
My family loves Kalahari! Check in with seamless as was check out. Check in was at 4:00 p.m. but we arrived around 1:30 and our room was already ready for us. The food was delicious. The water park was huge and awesome. There were three hot tubs. And everyone was so nice. If I had to complain about anything I would say that their beds are not very comfortable and leave much to be desired. Otherwise I don't have anything else bad to say about Kalahari. We usually go to Camelback but we haven't been satisfied with what they have to offer for the past for few years so we decided to try Kalahari. We're never going back to Camelback again. We'll stick to Kalahari from here on out. Would definitely recommend.
The pizza is good and the water park is good. Lines may be long but worth it anyway. I recommend it to everyone! It is better than GWL because it is bigger and has more water slides. I love water slides: more trills, and a bigger arcade. So awesome!
