Casino is very nice. Food court was spacious and a variety of places to eat from. Would like to stay here sometime to give a review on the rooms and service. As for the slot machines, they were good to me, which means loose slots. Always good
We are avid casino goers. This was the first time we were here and we loved it. The casino was very open and clean. They had many of the machines we like and many more we had not seen. The rooms were wonderful and very comfortable and clean. The people were friendly. Will stay there again on our way through.
Nice pool. Had a handful of places to choose from for dinner, but only one place to sit and order from a table. The rest were fast food options in a cafeteria line(s). We wanted to sit down and order food and drinks. We went to Embers upstairs. Quoted 45 minutes without a reservation. The wait only took about 15 minutes. The food was decent and a pretty decent price for a casino. Entrees and appetizers were good. We had calamari and prime rib. The sides left a lot to be desired, but we got full quickly, so we didn't finish them. The mashed potato I'm told wasn't good. I had the backed potato and veggies. The baled potato tasted overcooked and or old. The veggies were decent.
Our room was the worst part about our stay. We got back from dinner at about 930pm, and the room was suddenly super toasty. It was a decent temp when we left for dinner at about 8. So we adjusted the thermostat and laid down. It was set at 75. I figured it would take a bit to cool down, so we tried to get comfortable. We woke up several times trying to get it to cool down. Turned the fan to on instead of auto. It best it cooled down to 72. Our 4 year old was out, so we didn't want to call maintenance in for fear he would wake up and not go back to sleep. We had to get up early for his class trip.
The resort is beautiful and looks and feels new. I want to start with our check-in experience, Teresa checked us in and gave us lots of good information about the hotel and recommendations on what to see and and do on our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and the water warm enough to enjoy even though we had some colder weather. We enjoyed a couple hours in the casino (and came out ahead). We had a wonderful dinner at The Embers Steakhouse on the top floor. We did and saw a lot in the area, but the appeal of The Isleta drew us back each day. Theresa continued to be our go-to during our stay, she is a gem!
We stayed here with our two young children and enjoyed it. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! We liked that it was a little outside of Albuquerque. The parking lot felt safe as there were a few security officers driving around. Great value and beautiful resort. We will 100% stay here next time we come through Albuquerque.
Came for a nice steak dinner at embers and left happy. Did go for a walk around the inside of the casino with the family so they could see what it looked like. If you've been in one casino you've been in the mall, but I will say this one was pretty clean. The new smoke-free environment is nice and they were hopping quite a bit this evening. The valet was good about getting my car quickly although they did give me the wrong keys for my car and I wonder how far I would have made it with those.
Spent 1 night. Did gamble some. The bad part started checking out. Reception staff was on phone rolling eyes when i asked a question. Then i walked to car...2 wi dows smashed. Car broken into. Scratches on side of car. Car next to us same story. I understand parking is on own risk. But stuff couldn't be less helpful. We spent 4 hours in parking lot to get glas fixed. Security said parking lot to dark and camera to old to see much details on video. Stuff never che ked on us. Never offered to help with anything. They could have offered to fi d car glas repair. Or ask if they could help with anything. Even just bringing out some watee would have been nice. We told all cars comming in to park to wtch out and that it is not safe. Horrible experience
I have yet to get a room here. I've been to a concert venue, dancing at the triple 7 club, and the casino. The concert was a great experience. They have so many great old school bands????. All reasonably priced. The triple 7's club hosts a lot of local bands, with good dance music. And I have done fairly well at the casino.????. All and all many good experiences at Isleta ????.
