Great hotel. Comfortable bed. The only thing I don't like is now they have refillable hand soap and shower and body wash bottles. They went away with the small travel bottles. I do not like this, because you never know what someone could have mixed in those. You see videos of people doing weird stuff in the coffee pot. So I can only imagine what some people would add to the refillable soap containers. I always bring my own hand soap anyway, because I have sensitive skin, and don't know I'll be allergic to what is in the rooms.
Love going there! We drive 5 and half hours to get there but we always enjoy our time and stay. Suggest anyone to just go check it out won't be disappointed! Service is good drinks are good as well and restaurants people friendly ????????
Rich Lyons Casino Host, Rich is the best Casino Host that I have ever had out of all the casinos on the gulf coast.
Rich word is as good as a 30-year treasury note.

I haven’t stayed at the hotel but went to the buffet. For $12 at breakfast this is unbeatable. Starbucks is over that and you get 2 items. Good variety and tasty food definitely makes sense to eat here! Will be visiting again and may stay at the hotel and update .
I used to think this casino was a casino who valued their customers. The lie detector test determined that was a lie. All year long I pretty much contributed any extras I wanted to gamble to island view. I contributed enough to earn a black card. You would think that you will get better treatment. Wrong think again. So I had family members come into town. Promised them a room because I had them free originally. I messed up on the site and only booked that one day. I’m thinking it should’ve been a big deal cause i originally had them under my comps. Nope thought wrong! Because with my card I didn’t put in enough money through the machine this week to cover the room it was taking away. It didn’t matter about the undisclosed amount I had put through the machines throughout the year. Note they had several rooms available and still didn’t give any value to a black card player. Instead they made my people get out the room. Supervisor threat to use security to put their stuff out the room. The host rich lyons handled it all so poorly. He never answer his phone, barely text back and didnt value and good customer. I still tried to be nice, saying thank you and all. Everyone handled the situation very poorly. I need the whole world to know that to never play with a players card at island view. They only keep up with how much money you are putting through the machine. If you don’t put enough through the machine then you will not get nothing. No use in trying to get a higher tier cause there’s no value in that either. You don’t get no better treatment. Please stop playing with those cards it isn’t worth it. Pay for what you wants and make them pay for customers. The customer services is poor unless you are losing thousands per week. Some people just don’t belongs in certain positions.
Our room was never cleaned and we had to request towels each night. Service in the casino was terrible. The buffet served cold food. Other restaurant’s were fine. Enjoyed my play time but if I am pumping money into machines then please be kind and keep patrons hydrated.
Wouldn't go back for anything because management doesn't care about any persons life that enters their doors.
Awful buffet that almost killed me and they do not even care and tried blaming it on something I ate before going, plates always dirty, silverware, food not cooked properly or tastes funny.
This made for a very fun afternoon. We didn't win anything but the casino is great. There are tons of machines that all seemed to be clean and in working order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Go here for a little free play and lots of fun.
