Best WLM Reviews

This spa is going to become an annual trip for my husband and I. We had a super peaceful experience celebrating our anniversary.
The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The massage was amazing. We did the couples Spark package and had an amazing milk bath before our massage. Loved it
Location is perfect!! Customer service was good. The rooms were OK. Pretty noisy with slamming doors that then made the art clatter on the wall. We could hear neighbors above us several times. Our room was never cleaned while we were there (4 days). We had to locate cleaning services to get new towels halfway through our stay. The pool was great!
I stayed here for a few days with my family on vacation and we had a really nice stay. The hotel is nice and new and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was modern and clean with everything we needed. We were here mostly to enjoy the beautiful beaches and sights in the area, but we had fun in the casino as well. The only negative in our experience was the heater for the pool and hot tub broke a day or two before we arrived and did not get fixed during our stay which was disappointing as the hot tub was on a beautiful raised deck with views of the gulf and it would have been awesome to enjoy! But my daughter swam in the pool anyway even though it was cold and it was nice to suntan as the whole pool area is very beautiful and nice to hang out in. We had a very pleasant time and highly recommend!
My room was well decorated and in good condition. The pool area and hottub are nicely done. The gym is one of the top 3-4 hotel gyms that I have ever experienced. ||Of course, I have not stayed in all of the rooms of the hotel. But I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and have always found the rooms in good condition and well decorated. They were certainly not "dated" as some reviewers have posted.||The casino is a little on the small side but I found the blackjack tables and the poker room to be well staffed. I do visit other casinos while visiting the area. The mid-week poker room action is a little on the slow side.
I had a terrible experience at the IP CASINO, I should've stayed somewhere else for my birthday trip. The casino definitely gave a retirement home vibe and was much different from a few years ago when I stayed. The bathroom was horrible, I couldn't take a bath because the tub bottom was rough to sit on, and I ended up taking a shower that had terrible water pressure. Toilet had to be flushed more than once to work. There were yellow stains on the bed sheets. They don't offer in-room dining, and the choices of places to eat were awful in the casino and CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED, to the point I wish I would've went off property. I ate at the Bayview Cafe there, and the food was terrible. Service and atmosphere were uncomfortable. The server JIMMY L. was very rude and not attentive to me as a guest. I noticed a lot of the elderly caucasian guest, were getting their food and drink refills, when I had to catch an employee walking by because my waiter didn't make time for me. I was overcharged on my bill for things, and I was told I could substitute. After getting the run around and them wasting my time waiting for the manager, he was just as rude and dismissive of me and my concerns of how I was treated during dinner. Front Desk didn't help resolve my problem with Bayview Cafe. The coffee shop also is not recommended because I ordered a personal pan pizza and it was undercooked. The center was still cold, but the edges were burnt. None of the employees were welcoming or friendly across the whole property. They messed up my birthday trip, and I will never recommend anyone going to this property. A wasted trip
We stayed one night. One elevator was out of service. It took several minutes to be able to get on an elevator, because they were all packed. Casino was a bad experience. We saw several people being arrested. I was screamed at by a lady in the casino for no apparent reason. A cop even came up to her to tell her to stop yelling and she didn’t. It was difficult to get drinks. Would not recommend.
The rooms were just horrible to not fully clean and a/c not working and elevators not properly working . We knew it may be bad when told they have no staff for room cleaning. I am not sure why as Covid is come and gone and the place was packed. There was no buffet and the non smoking room smell as if Joe Camel lived there himself. I am really disappointed as I would have been better off at Hilton.
First time staying at this casino & hotel. I checked in online because I knew I would be checking in late, despite booking my room in a reasonable time frame I got a crappy room. According to front desk the day I checked in was busy due to a convention and because I checked in late I got what I got. I'm usually not picky, don't spend too much time in the room anyway. BUT after driving all day and arriving at 11 it would of been nice to have a newer room. Plugs were are loose and the freaking hair dryer passed on after a quick 5 min use. The bathroom door gets stuck, so close it at your own risk. The mattress pad is so noisy it's the equivalent of a baby crib mattress. To be honest all these properties on the strip are old! Plus side, water was hot and the floor was quiet, I did get a restful night's sleep.
