Sehr Nett Hilfsbereich Staff. Helpful Staff. The Rooms is Clear. NO Bugs, keine schmutz, schimmel. Quality-Preis is good. Parking Good. Die Zimmer is warm Küvhe ist gut Zauber. Bed is Ok. Absolute Citycenter. Perfekt für Backpackturisten. :)

Located a short walk away from Interlaken West train station. We arrived at the accommodation early and they allowed us to check in early for free. Front office manager, Madam Helena and Fiona are very friendly. Highly recommend.
The worst hotel apartment I have ever lived in my life. The condition was apartment was so poor that there were spider web all over the place. The bathroom was full of mould and the ventilation was so bad. Except for the location of apartment, nothing was good about it
Not Swiss Standard at all. Rooms are really dirty and smell musty from the mold. Absolute health hazard!
During Festival Season prices are about the same as the 3 Star Hotels (around 100€ per night).
I recommend booking early in a real (and cleaner) Hotel.
Disappointing…
놀랍게도 1박에 30만원짜리 방입니다. 입실 전 확인한 사진과 다릅니다. 다른분들 올린 사진들 다 주작친거니까 제발 믿지 마세요. 여기서 잘거면 그냥 옆에 강가 가서 그돈으로 텐트 하나 사가지고 캠핑하는게 낫습니다.
The rooms are moldy and leaking water from the roof and had a flooded bathroom floor. Broken walls with holes stains and just filth.
The beds are hard the pillows are not existing. I hope the owner replies to this because even the locals are telling people not to visit your spot.
DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF HYGIENE OR COMFORT.
