There's always a long line, yet short wait! Pulled in at 11:50 am left by 11:56. The staff is always kind and smiling. I've been at multiple times of day and still get great service. The cheeseburger tastes fresh and delicious . Buns are soft, not stale, and have a mild crunch from the toast. Lettuce is fresh and crunchy, and they don't mind adding my pickles and removing the onion and tomato. They double wrap the bottom of the burger to make sure your hands stay fresh, but the juicey burger and inn and out special sauce still quenches your hunger. The fries have yet to disappoint, always deliciously. Seasoned and crispy on the outside yet soft in the middle, and did I mention it is hot but not on fire. There is always plenty of napkins and sauce when asked for it. The whole meal for me is $6.30 with just a cheeseburger and fries, and the rep who takes your order is great at explaining the menu options.
If you're looking for simple, yet delicious fast food with GREAT CUSTOMER service, this is the place. Did I mention this sweet guy had no problem allowing me to take his picture when I asked if I could leave a review. He had no idea what I would say and still did it with a smile.

I was pretty disappointed with my visit to In-N-Out Burger this time around. The fries were so overcooked and hard that they were practically inedible – definitely not up to the usual standard. The burger didn’t fare much better; it just didn’t have the same fresh, flavorful taste I’ve come to expect from In-N-Out’s West Coast locations. As for the location itself, it felt a bit lacking and didn’t have the usual clean, welcoming vibe. Service was fine for counter-serve, but overall, the experience didn’t live up to the In-N-Out name.
Growing up in California, In-N-Out was my go-to for the best burger on the planet. But life in the military has taken me far from my favorite double-doubles for over two decades. So imagine my excitement when I traveled from Nebraska to Fort Sam, Texas, and spotted that classic red-and-yellow sign! Naturally, I made a beeline straight for it.
I didn’t hold back: ordered not one, but two double-doubles, animal style, with chopped chilies, plus fries. From the fresh, crispy lettuce to the juicy tomato and that legendary secret sauce—it was everything I remembered and more. Finished it all in record time, two minutes flat!
So In-N-Out, if you’re listening, when’s Omaha getting some love? You can’t let Chick-fil-A have all the fun!
Went on a Saturday around 8:30p.m. The drive thru was sooo long, I almost left. I was pleasantly surprised that my order was taken by a car hop and I was In-N-Out in approximately 5 to 7 minutes. ???? I was on the phone so wasn't completely watching the clock. Let's just say I got my order waayyyy faster than I expected. Oh, there's outside seating. That'll be nice when real "Fall" ???? starts.
The burger was not cooked as much as i would have liked. A little too pink in the middle. Has my stomach grumbling pretty good. The fries were overcooked and dry but also not hot.
The food was good, however price to portion is off I think I ordered either a double or a triple but which to me is crazy. I would never order more than 2 patties tops! The guy at the register… which by the way he did an amazing job at recommending what would be best lol anyways my 3 year old had 2 cheese burgers ???? and she’s tiny. If that tells you anything. The loaded fries were alright but not for $5 or $6 dollars. I’d probably go again just because it’s different.
If you like good old classic style "homemade" burgers this are a great choice, I recommend 2 double-doubles per person and share animal style fries
Old school diner feel. Food was fresh and delicious. Was able to bring family of 8 and not break the bank. Lots of workers, very respectful. Place was clean and well kept. Def recommend
