When I travel west, I visit the In-N-Out Burger in each city to get a feel for the atmosphere. This In-N-Out Burger location near LAX is very different from the others in that you can see a plane every 3-10 minutes while eating your burger. As an international hub airport, LAX is a unique place where you can eat a burger while feeling the unrealistic distance, as if you can touch the plane if you put your hand up, as the planes pass low overhead almost in front of your eyes. I recommend eating outside instead of inside. The burgers are just like any other In-N-Out, with a crispy bun, flavourful beef and great sauce. If you're laying over at LAX for a while, you should definitely stop by and try their burgers.
Always good burgers and better French fries. Always full and busy place, it's entertaining to see all what it's going on ....20 or more people working at the preparation stations.... You can see happy customers' faces while eating... I go to the Vegas and LA locations while visiting ...a must for me.
It really is a great spot to spot a plane and a fun one too because LAX is a global hub so you got variety of big widebody to spot and foam over.
and the burger complete the quintessential LA experience.
It's a bit of a walk and not a very pleasant one from the terminal if you have long layover but it is better than being at the terminal.
Had a five hour layover at LAX airport so I took a quick Uber ride to the In-N-Out Burger on Sepulveda Boulevard. It only takes about five minutes in the car. As usual there was a huge line in the drive-through, but the inside service was quick and efficient. I’ve been in and out 1 million times and it’s always consistently good. I love to order the double double cheeseburger mustard fried with chopped chilies and the bun extra toasted. Be sure to stop by the location if you have a layover at LAX.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Many many years ago we had In and Out Burger in San Francisco. My recollection of it, was of a very simple burger. This wasn’t completely simple but we really liked it.
Two double beef patties, which were fairly thin but also nice and succulent at the same time. Nice burger sauce. Lettuce, tomato, pickles a bit too much onion. Soft and doughy bread.
The wait times are quite long so make sure you leave enough time if you have a flight to catch.
Ordered a double double burger with animals style french fries. It was really good. I walked all the way from the Los Angeles airport. It took about 20 minutes on foot to the In-N-Out burger. This burger shop is in a great location where you can see a lot of airplane landing in the airport.
Great burgers at really good price! No unnecessary drama of variety and limited to 4 perfect options.. basically living up to its name… in and out!
Crowded almost all the time yet quick enough to save you time and money. The only concern is the cleanliness of the sitting area especially inside.. should be improved.
Great location, ordered 3 animal style burgers and 2 animal style fries. Burgers were great, I got the regular kind the first time I came and didn’t understand the hype but after trying the animal style burger I can see why people like it so much. Well known fact but of course I had to mention that the fries were not that great. Overall, good food.
Total came up to 28 bucks which I thought was very decent considering the amount of food we got.
