Great casino, Lots of great food choices. We ate at Michael Jordan's steakhouse. It was everything we expected and then some! Hotel was great, awesome pool area! Rooms were small but very nice! Big shower and great supplies! Will go again soon!
9 out of 10 employees seem like they hate their job. Rooms have always been very clean. Good luck trying to get a room on a higher floor, we have been met with major resistance when asking for a room closer to the top. My fiance is a VIP member and he has not been treated like it. Actually quite the opposite. As far as location goes. It's easy to get to as far as it being right off the freeway. We have a 2 hour drive , but I don't think we will be making the trip anytime soon because it's not that fun anymore, plus they changed the loyalty program and now it's harder to get points to use for gas. In the past we could rely on that to get us home, that leads me into another reason why I only gave 2 stars. Winning is out of the question. I have spent way too much money and never even broke even. Don't get me started on the security, I will just say DON'T lose your phone.
Actually this review is about a little know perk offered by the hotel. There is a very easy to access over sized parking lot available to RV travelers and semi-trucks free to use . There are no fees charged. There is a lot attendant for security. There is a shuttle bus running from the lot to the casino on an hourly schedule for travelers wishing to go to the casino. There are no services provided to the lot other than the space and bus shuttle.
This casino is absolutely beautiful! I attended a free concert there last night, the Gene Simmons Band, wow!!!! The Rock & Brews restaurant itself is stunning with the Pacific Northwest mural of grunge homage and rock and roll icons that plaster the walls. I didn't eat, or drink at the restaurant, or bar, but everything looked amazing and I'll return another time to try the many different options on the menu, and the different varieties of food options available throughout the casino. ????❤️
Ignore the negative comments about RV parking. The RV parking situation is fantastic. When you arrive, go to the the parking lot south of the main lot, there's only one entrance and you can't miss it. You're supposed to check into the security shack but when we arrived there was nobody in it. We spotted security driving the lot as we entered and they instructed us where to park. It was a Friday night at about 8pm and there were only a handful of RVs so lots of room. The walk from the RV parking lot to the casino is easy, you do not need a shuttle. You have to cross the main road but there is a crosswalk with pedestrian crossing signs that light up when you push the button before crossing. It's very safe and convenient. We had some food and drinks and gambled a little before returning to the RV a little after midnight. We slept well and it was fairly quiet aside from some light highway noise. Overall this is a excellent RV setup and we will not hesitate to stop again.
No new players promos no food discounts terrible pay out lame tiny smoking area that smelt like a motel 6. I highly recommend NOT wasting your time and gas going here. There are much better casinos out there who actually take care of smokers and non. Plenty of other casinos out there with new player promos, and give you food discounts as a rewards member............. Very lame non fun casino. Same slots as every other casino save your time gas and money and go to a casino who cherishes new players smokers and non smokers alike.........
After the corporate changeover, even with the same upper management team remaining, things have changed dramatically downhill. Rewards are less, hotel comps availability has decreased, slots became much much tighter that’s why they stopped announcing jackpot winners in real-time no more, food comps is a joke, the drink fountain areas are chaotic, cashier booths always a long line, even employees looked depressed. The dealer told me they weren’t treated fairly even with the huge corporate profit. After the tribute company kicked the partner out, they just became extremely greedy.
I have a wish: Mohegan Sun please build a new casino in Portland, I am 100% certain that their customers will fled to yours.
Lost all my money but it's totally fine, the casino is really nice and fresh, the staff are amazing and pleasant. The 360 bar is awesome and drinks are pretty decent for the cost. Overall a really great place to take your partner and have a good night
