Had a wonderful time with my friends today on my first visit to the property. The vibe is extremely nice and the staff were exceptional. Had a great time at the roulette table so please give some kudos to our dealer. And I apologize not remembering his name, but i believe it was Ivan. . He was a genuine young professional who helped me play the game and have fun. Will definitely be coming back for more good times. Thank you for giving this tired old chef a great day off with his friends .
I stayed here on a business trip. It was wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. State of the at technology in all aspects of your room. You can sign into your YouTube and Netflix accounts to stream your shows, and they disconnect the accounts when you check out. Good selection of movies to rent for a nominal fee. The layout of the casino, shops, and restaurants are easy to navigate. I don't gamble, unfortunately, but there are a lot of different gambling options and folks are there to help answer questions. I recently visited the 360 bar at the casino and had an amazing experience thanks to Nick, the bartender! From the moment I sat down, he was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home.
Nick took the time to suggest a couple of their specialty cocktails, and wow, were they incredible! His recommendations really hit the spot and made my evening even more enjoyable.
I’ve always loved this casino, especially with how generous the slot machines have been to me over the last few months! The atmosphere at the 360 bar, combined with Nick’s top-notch service, made for an unforgettable night. If you’re ever at the casino, make sure to stop by and see Nick – you won’t be disappointed!
We went there just for the casino, but the events and restaurants that surround the casino are outstanding. We leave two hours away and always enjoy the ride there, but if the hotel was a bit closer to us, we probably came more often. It's one of the best hotel resorts I've been to!
The slot machines never let you in, on Fridays that cash they give out. They must have picked people cuz I never get picked or never get around. They never come around. The areas I'm at there should be a non-smoking area... I was there in the areas we was trying to play. Slot machine was full of trash, ashtrays were full, liquor bottles everywhere and wet towels. The place was a mess. Disgusting and then on top of that you win nothing. They take all your money not a place I might not be coming back to and then on top of that they have to many of the same games. Get some newer more variety. Get some new ones. .

Five star digs all the way. The room was fabulous, the pool was very nice (there were tons of kids there, all sitting in the hot tub, which wasn't a huge deal, but we got in finally.) The grounds were immaculate, the food good, and even the shopping was excellent (the buyer for the little store was ON POINT!!!)
It would have been the perfect birthday trip for my daughter if only there had been any winning in the casino. I had a great time at the resort, but I probably won't gamble there again.
I am writing this review based on my personal experience and the opinions of many players, including my friends. Over the past few years, the winning policies of many casinos, including Ilani, have drastically changed. If 8–9 years ago, players derived much more joy from playing slot machines, the situation has now worsened significantly.
In the past, even playing with small bets, such as $0.50–$1, one could hit a bonus that yielded $200–$500. Today, however, even when playing with $1–$3 bets, bonuses often return $30–$80 or even less than the initial wager. This forces players to keep playing in hopes of hitting something substantial, often resulting in the complete loss of their deposit.
This policy demotivates players from returning to casinos because the game no longer brings joy. The main reason is the reduced “dopamine rush” that used to encourage players to come back. Nowadays, the winnings are so small that players feel deceived.
As Wolfram Schultz explained in his work on the “dopamine system of monkeys,” even they stop working for “grape juice” if the effort becomes disproportionate to the reward. Players are no different: if the pleasure from the game is minimal, they will stop coming back.
A Call to Casino Owners:
Bring back the previous balance of winnings so that the game brings joy again and players remain your loyal customers.

We went to the Brett Young concert at Ilani Casino Resort and it was amazing! The casino/hotel is beautiful and clean and has many dining options. We ate at the food court for a quick bite before the concert. There is also a Starbucks in the casino..and free coffee and soft drinks . It is okay to bring drinks into concerts. The venue is a very large banquet room style with seating in one level. Great place to see a show. And the casino has everything you can imagine if you are into gambling. Fun getaway!
