They are GREAT here! As a woman, I get so nervous that i’m going to get scammed at an auto repair shop. Dave and his team are so kind and trustworthy. They are honest about what’s happening in your car and what it will take to fix it. They talk you through everything and help you feel at ease in the process! I’m so grateful for their entire team. They are the best! As a woman you hear horror stories of mechanics taking advantage of other women, but I know Houser Automotive is trusting worthy.
Well, my daughter just went here because she had a flat tire. Normal. Pumped it up at home and drove it in. They said they checked it and it was fine. Turns out the sidewall is separating. Replace a bulb no problem. Gets home, next morning other side is flat.
Giant new, wheel weight stuck in the tire. Took it elsewhere to fix. Went to pick up today. Original tire it was taken in for was flat. Did they check it? So my single mom daughter took her car in to be fixed and not only did that not happen shes out the price of an extra tire. Instead of one now its two. She went here because of the great reviews. Lol
You make your own assessment. Stuff happens. When she called they were blasé at best. So that was the experience. Not all can be great I get it but we'll go elsewhere. All she wanted was her tire fixed and they're too incompetent to find an air leak.
Affordable, dependable service with mechanics who know their business. And they won't do anymore than is necessary to take care of your vehicle.
I had an unknown engine warning light pop up one day. Dave got me in and checked the error code. Found the problem and fixed it in minutes. Yes, just a few minutes. To say I was thrilled is an understatement. Best service hands down!
