We went there for a timeshare presentation. Three free nights plus a $200 voucher to stay at any Hilton in the u.s. the property was beautiful and very comfortable. The presentation that we were required to go to was absolutely fine. Two hours start to finish and no hard sell. I was nervous after reading other reviews but I don't know what others experienced . We flew in for this and made it a week vacation for us. Traveled around and enjoyed vegas. But we loved our three night stay at the Hilton. We had a one bedroom efficiency and were very comfortable there. Beautiful property. Presentation no problem at all. People were nice and we were out in two hours. Didn't buy a timeshare either. I could have stayed the whole week if possible. Thanks again Hilton. You didn't dissapoint..
Beautiful resort! Check in is easy. Just pull up to the front and leave your luggage with a bellhop. They have valet to make it convenient or use the self parking garage which is at the back of the property but still walking distance to the resort. Rooms are spacious and the marketplace is huge and have a variety of things. The pool and sports courts are a cool amenity along with the fitness room, spa, DVD rentals, lounge, business center and more. I'm definitely coming back next year.
We are owners but this was our first time staying here and it was amazing. My son and daughter in law stayed with us in a connecting studio room. All the accommodations were top notch. We appreciated being a little away from the strip but close enough to everything. We stayed for 5 days and had groceries delivered to save some money on food, but we could’ve shopped in the on-site market. We used the bus and taxis, which were always easy to get right at the hotel. Whenever we needed anything we just asked and it was done within 20 minutes. Next visit will be spent more in the pool and jacuzzi. Our family really enjoyed our stay.
Hotel staff are amazing especially housekeeping, very helpful, kind, and professional. Our room we're very clean, any issues or supplies needed we're responded by housekeeping department in a timely manner. Beautiful hotel, smells good, all amenities are excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
We had a two-room suite with a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher). The master bedroom has a large spa and a walk-in shower. The second room is connected by a door and has a separate bath and mini kitchen with a small fridge, sink and coffee maker. The view is right over the Las Vegas strip. Very nice! And check in was a breeze.
So here is my review about this place. It was my first time in Vegas, and I've noticed that everything is shiny.Bright lights
Straight, beautiful, but where it plays? It's in the customer service, I think.
1. Decoration 10/10: all the hotels and casino that I went, they were all very nice and decorated in their own unique ways.
2. Ambiance 10/10: it's Vegas, the ambiance in whatever hotel or casino or resort. It's always good. You meet people around the world, you talk. Eat, drink 24h hours on 24h hours. The sphere view.
3. Food 8/10 : The food varies in the place that you're staying. So, for this review, it's for the grand Hilton, it was okay.There's like a convenience store where they sell
All kinds of stuff, including pizza and starbuck, or other varieties of food and drinks.
4. Service 7/10: so it's here where it plays. I receive different treatments in all the places that I stayed for the grand Hilton. They forgot to call me for the tour and lost a $125. Credit card? Yes, maybe for me I didn't needed it, but for somebody else ????♂️. He or she would have been happy. I wanted to stay an extra night but they told me that they couldn't when I went on their website.
It said it was still available. I asked for somebody to come and pick up my luggage upstairs. I never heard the bell until he knocked. He wasn't happy, but the bell didn't ring. I had to show him . The only good service that I got there. What's from this girl named Sonia.
5. Cleanest 9/10: so I'm giving them an 9, because 1 day, they forgot to come in clean.
First, let me say, I am a loyal Hilton member. I was here on a timeshare promotion. The staff was amazing. The hotel is gorgeous.
However, the beds were not comfortable. They were hard, the walls were paper thin, we could hear our neighbors partying next door and they were trying to open our shared door.
The noise was not the hotel's fault, but they could do something about the beds.
But, all in all, it was great hotel, just watch out for the hard beds.
This is a great hotel to stay in. Fabulous room with a great shower deep tub and kitchen. It’s located near several things like Circus Circus ant the Sahara. But has really no sit down restaurant. No heated pool or hot tub. No casino either. Casinos are walking distance.
