Went for a night to celebrate our anniversary. Our scheduled date was after a power outage. We where never notified of the closure and possibility of it affecting our stay. We had no access to pool or jacuzzi. I understand it was not any fault of theirs. But a heads up, option to change dates or offer a discount. Then early in morning they had emergency alarms ringing at 7:30am ringing for about 15 minutes with no advisement if it was a real emergency or false alarm, we had to ask multiple times. Rooms clean. But the relaxing part of why I booked the room was completely stripped of my stay.
**We did dine at Hell's Kitchen. I do recommend. The service food, and drinks where amazing.
Also.. all payment placed a deposit hold.. I had multiple on each restaurant and hotel deposit... It was however returned in 4 days
OK, we have been to most of the casinos in the Southern California area, and this one stands out among the best. Super friendly people, beautiful resort, lazy river, pools. Both adult and kid pools, amazing restaurants. Great casino. Smoking, great suites , Everything about this casino we thought was great, even the energy in the casino, the music at the Bar lounge in the casino was awesome with DJ and dance music brought my wife for her birthday. She loved every second of it. We're huge fans and can't wait to come back, Gave it a 10 out of 10.
Loved my last stay at Harrah So Cal. I was upgraded to a better suite for free without even asking. Good options were great as well and have a restaurant open for all hours of the day. Slots actually do pay out. Property is clean and the vibe is possitive. Definitely planning my second trip already!
We stayed here one night after a trip to San Diego. The room was very nice, clean, and well maintained. We stayed in a North Tower King bed room and there was plenty of room for us.
The casino has a great selection of games, some of the video poker games need maintenance (no sound, players club display not waiting, etc).
We had dinner in the Asian restaurant and the food was very good.
The only downside is the location, it's very much off the beaten path.
Love the pool area for relaxing during the day and fabulous choices for restaurants at night. Tons of gaming opportunities along with a great rewards program. And an added bonus is the brewery attached to the casino fabulous beers and nice setting. Just overall a fabulous way to spend a few days....
I have been a loyal guest of Caesars resorts for many years, but my experience during my recent visit to this casino/hotel on 12/09/2024 was extremely disappointing. There was a power outage, and as a result, we were all asked to leave both the hotel and the casino. While I understand that the outage was beyond the resort’s control, I believe they should have taken more responsibility for their guests’ well-being. At the time, I had consumed several drinks and was obviously unable to drive, forcing me to spend additional money on an Uber and book a last-minute hotel room. This situation was incredibly inconvenient, especially since I had already spent a significant amount at the resort, I sent an email to see if I can get compensated but never heard back.
I have been a player at Harrah’s for many years, however, recently I had been staying home because of medical complications. during the blackout from the Santa Ana winds most recently in December 2025, we had to see if there was a room available with my comps because we had no power at home. I only expected a two queen bed non-smoking however I was so surprised To be accommodated with an upgrade of a 2 bedroom suite. Such a pleasant experience in such a dire situation. You made our year!!! Thank you Harrah’s So Cal!!
My Aunt and Uncle stayed at this Harrah's location recently and she got attacked by bed bugs in their hotel room! She is so swollen and had to see her Dr. and miss work as a result. It literally looks like someone beat her up. Disgusting! Clean your lodgings properly!! Your customers' health depends on it!! Disgraceful. Another person's review on here said the hotel doesn't offer daily housekeeping services. Maybe it's time they ought to. Seriously!
