New rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable and shower has great water pressure. No issues just wish they had better selection for food. Pin up pizza is closed for most of December. Only place to eat breakfast is the beach side Cafe. Great view, nice employees. Good vibe.

I understand why they offer such a "deal" on flight and rooms. Food was good, pricey as expected. Room was nice but good luck plugging anything in like CPAP and chargers.

I picked a room in the North Tower, and I wanted to have a view of the river. I was happy with the view, but the windows were dirty. The service was excellent. I ordered a pizza to be delivered my last night, and it was delivered in record time. My check-in and out went smoothly. I used the valet when I arrived, I was assisted by a very courteous gentleman, very professional. On my departure, I asked the bell man to assist me with my luggage. He was also extremely courteous and friendly. I was very pleased with my choice of hotels.
Bare bones hotel. No coffee in rooms, no refrigerator. Stayed in the "newly renovated" North Tower. Pretty run down. Really dirty windows. Bed was broken in first room. Changed rooms, bed was also broken in that room with a deep sag on one side. Hotel didn't smell like smoke which was a huge plus. Room seemed clean. Had a good dinner at the steak house on site. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very cheap so I'm not really complaining but we did shorten our stay and change our plans.
The king room was ok, in the South Tower. But pillows were awful. And the heater did not work well. Never got room above 73 degrees the whole 2 days I was here, even though I had it cranked up to 90. So I was cold in the room. Also, over the years...this property has just really gone downhill. It used to be a premier place in Laughlin, now it just is kinda shabby and in need of overhaul. I may look elsewhere to stay next time. But room was clean. No complaints with housekeeping!
Currently staying in the North Tower. The room was recently updated 4 months ago and Harrah's did a great job. Very happy. The casino is very Lively and there are quite a few slot machines that are all going off. The drink service is very good as well. On top of that the weather in Laughlin is ideal this time of year
I read so many negative reviews here. My room was fine. No microwave ovens available but I had a fridge. It was clean and convenient. The young fellow at the front desk got me a lower room which I wanted. The shuttle was on time and a nice feature. Smash Burger was good, a lil pricey. The sports book was great. The center bar took good care of me as did the cocktail waitresses. As for the poker room it was closed and is only open Sun-Thurs so I headed to Riverside for that. The black jack pit was friendly. Video poker available in slots. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub as well. Missed the beach...
