The room we stayed in was outdated. The bed was comfortable. There was a decent selection of channels to watch television. The front desk staff was fantastic. They did need more valet attendants during our stay. Nice quiet location. Food selections are limited but everywhere we ate the food was decent. There is an arcade. The price per game is high but there is enough to entertain kids for a day. Reminded me of Chuck E Cheese.
We came for our early summer vacation with the family, and for our first time here, we loved it! We stayed at the north tower, which they are undergoing renovations at the time. The rooms were clean, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The family pool gets pretty packed in the afternoon, but it is good enough for the kiddos. We loved that the casino provides you with beach towels, too. The beach, oh my God, AMAZING ???? We loved it so much, but make sure you have sandals on or else the sand with burn your feet! The drinks were FABULOUS ???? Frozen margaritas had us feeling like it was 5 pm somewhere ???? We did have a few issues, our smoke alarm kept going off either randomly or when we would shower with hot water. Thankfully, the staff was very helpful. By the way, the staff is so amazing they treated us so well ???? We booked a riverview room but were located on the side of the building. We could kind of see the river, but mostly all the junk from the renovation ???? it kinda did suck because we did pay extra for that view however, the night view of the other casinos was pretty nice. Also, there are no ice machines due to renovation below level 9 or above. We had to go all the way up to level 17 to get ice ???????? We also wished they had a more different variety of restaurants, most open late like around 4 pm, and basically all are sit in. The Cafe, however, did have an amazing Philly cheesesteak ???? The arcade was great, but it is a bit on the expensive side ???? All in all, we are definitely coming back next year, This place is amazing, especially if you have kids.
Came for a concert. Rooms are older but cleaner than the Marriott we stayed at the prior night. Room was quiet, clean and zero issues. Casino was nice and would have spent more time gambling but I was thirsty and couldn’t get a drink even at the bar so ended up going back to the room. The concert venue was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Hairs on the chair and sofa. Beach closes around 7:30 and you are asked to leave.
You are already paying your stay and resort fee, yet you need to pay between 150 to 350 a day for beach palapas or pool cabins, I understand they need to charge something but this much? Now, if you pay this amount you expect that the beach is clean, yet it's full of straws, bottle caps, food from people feeding ducks and birds, cigarettes butts, etc., and the daybeds are full of ants and birds poo.
Restaurants and some of the fast foods close two days a week, and the days they are open they start at 4 or 5 PM.
Not sure if this is every day but at least on Thursday the beach bar was closed at 3 PM and never opened, and the beach check-in cabin was closing at that time too and didn't reopen.
2 pools, one is 21+ only and closes at 9 PM. The pool bar was closed when I was there at 7 PM, unsure what days and times it's open.
Toilet flushes with so much water, could be changed to a water efficient toilet. Curtains were ripped apart.
We got a non-smoking room on the 14th floor, however, the hallway and a very strong smoking odor.
The only good things were the young employee at check in did an amazing job, letting us do an early check-in and being super nice and helpful, and the parking lot with plenty of shaded spots.
Nice stay with a good view. Clean and comfortable. Steak house was great. Check in was easy. I won money and it was close to our families house that we are visiting. |Great value. We got 2 rooms near each other and had a nice patio on each room.|I would stay again.
Old hotel need to be renovated, the check in is hard even we already online check in before and we still need to check on again so whats the point to do online check-in? The room is old, AC not working, we call and they say they will repair but still not cold. We stay 2 night here. The good things is they have private beach but far from everywhere.
I upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable and had an awesome view of the pool as well as the river. However they hadn't been updated since the 80s? The keys in the tub didn't work and the shower water took about ten minutes to warm up. At one point the water was turned off while my sister was brushing her teeth, with no warning. At least no one was soaped up in the shower! The restaurants were often closed or no one was at the counter. But I did have the best yoghurt parfait ever! The gambling was fun but no winner here! And the drink service was better than other casinos on the strip! The water taxi was only $5.00 and very convenient!
Great service and so fun with so much to do The pool the beach and yes gaming. Everyone one we dealt with was amazing. The room had coffee and mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The blackout blinds are great for sleeping in
