Best WLM Reviews

My wife and I decided to take a last minute trip to Vegas as we found a direct flight at an extremely reasonable rate and were able to get tickets to see both Shania Twain and Wynonna Judd. After looking across multiple hotels I found an awesome rate for Harrah's on the Caesar's Rewards site. We are VERY picky about the hotels we stay in so I was a bit concerned after reading all the reviews but since it was only for 3 nights we decided to give it a try. The kiosk check-in was quick and easy. The kiosk even printed directions to our room in the Valley Tower. We were so pleasantly surprised when we got to our room -- it was AWESOME! It appeared the room had been recently remodeled and it was very clean. We've stayed at the Bellagio, MGM, Planet Hollywood, Excalibur, Mirage, New York New York and the Venetian on previous stays. It's certainly difficult to compare this room to the Venetian but when comparing it to our other previous stays (with perhaps the exception of Excalibur), the room was on the same caliber as the other hotels. The casino itself is pretty basic, but it's not impossible to navigate like some of the mega-casinos. The location of Harrah's on the strip simply can't be beat! Would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is the resort fee. You can't get away from this though since all Vegas hotels charge this fee. At Harrah's however, I certainly don't know what they mean by "amenities" especially in the winter when the pool is closed -- and parking still incurs a fee. There simply are NO amenities provided that warrant a $44.95 resort fee. Other than that though we would certainly choose to stay here again.
Very nice experience from the moment we walked in to the lobby to opening the door to our very well cleaned room. Would stay here again. The casino floor was very well taken care of. Plenty of slots to play as well as table games to enjoy. The floor staff was very pleasant, the wait staff was on point with anything you needed at all times.
The spa inside Harrah's is so relaxing. The staff is so friendly and inviting. I was very relaxed, and the Swedish massage was so invigorating. The amenities they offered before and after your massage experience are everything! 10/10 would recommend!!! Please go and give yourself the self-love that you deserve.
We absolutely love this place. I was a little unsure from reading the reviews. We made it in way ahead of our scheduled check-in time. I asked guests services could I do early check in. She looked to see if our assigned room was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn't. She found us another room and upgraded our bed size. I truly like the location. In the very middle. The bus stop was right outside. Everyone one has different experiences. For my girls and I, we loved it. Oh, the TV reception was the best. Just an FYI of you have children.
The check in process worked well once I found a self check in kiosk that worked. The room was fine, although housekeeping service was poor to non-existent. I loved the location but was not happy about paying a $44.95 daily amenity fee for amenities that were closed. The gym, hot tub and steam room, which I would have thought were included as an amenity, cost an extra $30 to use. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, and hotel quiet once away from the casino. I wouldn't rule out Harrah's for another stay but feel like they need to pay attention to the details. Oh yeah, and Vegas needs to do something about the smoke smell that permeates every building in the city.
Excellent location on the strip. Too bad Mirage closed across the street. Stayed in king Valley room. Nice, but poorly laid out. You will get a nice cold arm rinse when turning on the shower because some designer did dollar store engineering. Also expect the bathroom floor to get soaked since there is no curtain or door. Mattress was squishy. Either worn out or soft by choice. Kiosk check in. Agents had to keep helping guests with their operation. I see no value in this process. Harrah's needs to rent a stake truck, load the kiosks, and dump them at MGM. RESORT FEE is now OVER $50 per day. Such a rip off. Overall not too bad. I would recommend staying at The Venetian if you can part with the extra cash.
I recently stayed at Hotel Harrah's and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with direct access to the monorail and stunning views of The Sphere from my room. The room itself was clean and well-maintained.
The bell-desk service was efficient and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. However, I was surprised by the exorbitant charges for water in the room – a small bottle cost an arm and a leg!
Additionally, I was automatically charged for the resort fee, which I didn't use. The "resort" consisted of a pool, which wasn't particularly impressive.
Overall, while Hotel Harrah's is a solid choice due to its location and cleanliness, it's not an extraordinary hotel. With some adjustments to their pricing and amenities, they could truly stand out. For now, I'd give them 4/5 stars.
My partner and I stayed at Harrah’s during the F1 weekend, and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to enjoy all the weekend festivities. The staff was very accommodating, and we appreciated the strong sense of security provided by the many guards present on the property, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
One memorable instance was when we accidentally got locked out of our room. The staff responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue efficiently, which we truly appreciated.
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be providing clearer instructions on navigating to the parking lot during major events like the F1 race, especially with road closures. That information would have saved us some time and confusion.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Harrah’s for its location, service, and attention to guest safety.
