If you have an extended stay, house keeping will not come and clean your rooms or replenish any towels. When we arrived first day, there were no towels in the room and the shower was not cleaned at all. If your toilet gets clogged, good luck getting a hold of anyone to even get a plunger. Front desk will keep transferring you to housekeeping for them to just hang up on you. There was trash and laundry all up and down the halls for majority of my stay and no sign of any staff at all. Good luck to anyone that stays here.
I went to the casino, didn’t stay at the hotel. It’s a nice casino and friendly staff. The table games staff are very friendly and helpful when playing games too. They explain everything really well and make it enjoyable.
I don’t expect to win when I go to a casino, I just want to have fun. They definitely achieve that goal!
Gamble responsibly! But have fun and if you win, it’s a bonus!
If your a Semi-truck driver your going to pay 15 dollars a night for parking regardless if you get a room. The rooms are outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. There is a breakfast buffet but it's not included and will set you back 15 dollars per person not including the coffee witch was another 3 dollars. Ordering rooms service is available but you need to go down and and get it yourself....and your better of just paying for Grub Hub! The Casino is decent and very clean but everyone has their hand out for tips....overall it's better than anything else in the area
It's definitely been a while since it's glory years and it shows. Time to reinvest in what you have and try to get something other than clientele that asks everyone who walks through their doors for money. Take a look at what the Argosy has done. You think with all the down time your employees might clean something... Anything! You definitely need a shower to wash the place off of you when you leave.
Intro: this is one of the worst hotels and definitely the worst ceasars property I have ver stayed at.

Cons:
-the room was absolutely gross and there is no way they thought that this room was up to par. The entire rooms had cracks and broken stuff. In addition, the bed was dirty.
-customer service (hotel) those ladies have a bad attitude and don’t offer great customer service. They look at you like your crazy for making simple request.
Overall: hard pass on the hotel section of this property. Stick to the casino and food only.
The hotel is older and could use some updating. The rooms need some refreshing but they are clean and well kept. I found the beds comfortable. The casino needs to have the most current games. Honestly most of Harrahs Casinos need to update their gaming floors. Other casinos do a much better job at getting the newest games. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Way too many kids running around the hotel at night.
If you plan on an extended stay (do not stay here) housekeeping does not clean the rooms. Rooms were so dirty ended up cleaning it myself. When you call for anything pertaining to the room good luck getting someone to answer. Couldn't get extra towels did not empty the trash on the floor for days. Just overall very bad for what you pay to stay.
Hard to get seated at the Brew Brothers. We have stoop by the podium for long periods of time when we chose to eat there. Team members just walk past us without acknowledging us. Food is not that great unless we keep ordering the wrong things
