We visited Hard Rock Cafe for Veterans Day and had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely amazing, and we all enjoyed the free burger for veterans, which was delicious and cooked perfectly. The ambience was great—everything about the restaurant had that signature Hard Rock vibe, and it was a fun and energetic atmosphere.
The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly despite the busy holiday crowd.
However, I personally can’t stand the smell of cigarettes, and unfortunately, that was present during our visit. While this is out of the restaurant’s control, it did impact my overall experience.
That said, the food, service, and ambience were all wonderful, and I would definitely recommend Hard Rock Cafe to anyone. I just personally won’t be coming back due to the cigarette smell. But if that’s not an issue for you, it’s a great spot to enjoy a meal!
Classic Hard Rock My husband and I enjoy spending time here. It's just that it's always very crowded and we can never find a table in the cafe without a reservation. The food is so delicious that we sometimes order it home from here and thank the restaurant chef for these delicious meals. Ben & Jerry's is one of my favorites here, a place we love with its beautiful ocean view and seasonal poolside events.
I was very happy here, and I don’t even gamble much. Machines were fun, staff in the casino, security at the entrance to the casino, and hotel front desk all took good care of us with a smile. I rubbernecked like a tourist at the impressive array of rock memorabilia they have.
Our room was well laid out with very pleasant decor.and comfortable beds, I slept very well. For a room that was advertised as not having a view, we woke up to a great view of the gulf and boats below. Price during a slow season matched budget hotels we’ve stayed in
At the Cafe I loved the smoked old fashioned, and the one night in Bangkok spicy fried shrimp
The reason I gave the room only 4 stars was because we had some trouble flushing the toilet - which we could handle on our own - and there was no coffees for the coffee maker - which we decided to do without.
Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my first stop at a Hard Rock
The people working at guest services, housekeeping and those in the casino were very nice and helpful. The bad part about this place is the room being dirty and the entire place reeks of smoke and dirt. The rooms have a nice layout but just look at the bottom of your socks after walking around for 10 minutes. They are black on the bottom. You feel like you need to wear shoes all the time in the room. Parking is good. Restaurant was good.
Perfect central location in Biloxi for our Thanksgiving weekend getaway. The hotel is welcoming. The rooms are in need of a little maintenance (Platinum Tower even) but for the price, worth it. Would have loved to have a water view though.
Rooms could stand to be a little more sound proof between the windows and our neighbors.
The casino is very smoky so be prepared for that.
It was nice being next to the Beau Rivage. We went back and forth between the two casinos daily, just to mix it up.
We chose to stop in Biloxi for one night to split up a long drive during our three-week road trip, we just wanted a chilled, fun evening and that’s exactly what we got! |Check in and out was quick and easy. Our room was stunning: a lovely spacious shower; a big comfortable sofa and table; windows all across with a view out onto Gulf of Mexico; we loved it so much we nipped down to Dunkin’ and enjoyed breakfast in our room the next morning.||We had a lot of fun in the casino itself, there’s lots of Hard Rock memorabilia to look at, dinner and cocktails at the Sugar Factory was also a highlight. Just be careful if you’re not local and don’t know the area, if you go wandering at night you might bump into some characters, I feel like that’s probably common in most casino towns. ||Thank you Hard Rock Biloxi for an excellent stay!
Getting in my room was nice. The room was nice and the view wasn't that bad either. When getting ready to show the water was very cold and brown. We were not advised that the water was being worked on earlier. I called the front desk for maintenance to come up, and an hour later, they still didn't show up. I had to walk down to the front desk to get service because they wouldn't answer the phone. On the day that we were leaving, housekeeping came up and was not called for and knocked around 9 am. I guess we didn't answer fast enough, so they just walked in. Check out isn't until 11. Other than that, the stay was nice.
This is about the casino only. Our neighborhood goes to a casino once a month, and Hardrock is usually 4 times a year. Not a lot, I know. But, I think I'll skip it from now on. The decor is tiresome and never changes. I was hoping for it to be decorated for Christmas, but the sad attempt they tried might take them a whole 10 minutes to take down and put away. The slots are very tight. Not much variety for lunch. There are simply better choices for my money.
