We picked this hotel because of the name Hard Rock. We have had great experiences with Hard Rock in the past. The customer service as this particular hotel was outstanding. The one thing that bothered us was the cleanliness of the room. The shower and furniture were not as clean as we would have liked. The floor and bed sheets were nice and clean. I am not sure that I found the price of suite worth it.
Had a great time for a quick one night in and out for a Tulsa football game. Hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport and the school or downtown area being not more than a 20-30 minute ride. The property itself meets the Hard Rock standard, it's very inviting and executes and delivers on their theme with clean accommodations, excellent food and beverage offerings and service. We were there on a week night (Thur) so it was not crowded. $5min blackjack tables were a welcome sight as we like to gamble but are not big spenders. ||||The property is very reasonably priced throughout the experience with reasonable room rates, drink prices from $5 to $7, and a variety of food options for different price points. ||||We did not take advantage of any of the outdoor areas. As always, HR's are pet friendly which is a huge plus for us although we did not bring the fur babies this trip. All in all, it's a great location for a reasonable getaway.
The newly renovated suites are so stylish and comfortable. Great service and meals. We were celebrating our anniversary. Our host Jane set us up with the suite and had flowers waiting in our room. The desk clerk kept the secret that our room was pre assigned. We were so surprised when we got to our room and saw the flowers and balloons. We had a great meal at Carver's on the 19th floor. Great service by our server Val. Wonderful breakfast at Hwy 66 the next morning. Our service Mykayla was so good at taking care of us.
My overall experience here was fantastic. Not disappointed at all. Definitely will keep up with concert info so I can come back. The rooms were spectacular. The hot chocolate chip cookies were pretty darn good. The gentleman that check us in was very helpful and informative.
Not what it used to be. The stars are purely for cleanliness. Slot selection used to be better. Best games are gone. Nothing pays out. There are dozens of the same slot, filling several sections. Most of the staff are rude and act like they're annoyed by your presence.
Excellent hotel and casino. We very much enjoyed our weekend stay and plan to return. The casino is large and has great live music. Our suite was very spacious and clean. The property’s atmosphere of rock, history, and memorabilia is well displayed and easy to enjoy.
We don't gamble. We went for a Thanksgiving meal with our family. We had the buffet. It was NOT a good experience. The food was just average. The service was awful. We had to ask for drink refills. And it seemed like an imposition for the server to do that. And no one removed any plates or dishes. That would be fine if we had not tipped. But because we had 18 people, a 20% tip was automatically added. We will not return. WAY overpriced for the food and service provided!
We spent one night here celebrating our anniversary. There are plenty of gambling options if you're into that. The bartenders at every bar we visited were great. The live band was so fun! Every employee we spoke to was so helpful and kind. We will come back and stay for longer to enjoy more of the amenities. The music was great and all of the rock n roll artifacts around the complex are interesting and fun to read about.
