We've hosted a charity golf tournament and additional activities at the Hard Rock and other locations for about 20 years. The HR knocked it out of the park this year!
Our events were well staffed with friendly and attentive professionals. The food was excellent each and every time.
Really appreciate all the effort you guys put into making our event a success.
Good:
- Non-smoking areas in the casino
- Nice rooms for this level of hotel
- Bar by the Diner was great.
- Good service from everyone, Front desk, dealers, bartenders, etc. were all great.
Bad:
- No outside alcohol policy. They inspected my cooler to make sure I wasn’t bringing alcohol up to the room.
- Not much dining options.
- Pool was dead. Perfect weather and the bar was closed, which wouldn’t be a big deal if you were allowed to bring your own drinks.
- Antes on every table game, even roulette.
- Far drive from Tulsa
Where to check-in is a little complicated for the hotel. Overall the staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are very nice. Highly recommend the suites. We went with the All-Suite Tower King. If you do get a suite, make sure to ask where to go to find the elevators to get to your room. The rooms are super clean and very nice. The king-size bed is very comfortable, and the walk-in shower is huge. Not to mention, they provide robes in the room and fresh cookies with check-in. Hard Rock in Tulsa will definitely be at the top of my list for future stays.
Absolute excellent experience for a girls weekend! Everyone couldn't have been more nice or more professional staff security everyone working in the casino everyone working in the restaurants just an all around fabulous experience 100% highly recommend! Warm cookies at check in what more could you ask for.The memorabilia collection is amazing it's nice just to walk around and look at all the artifacts and many exhibits scared across the hotel and casino & the lobby. Heated pool for adults only was an added bonus. The Starbucks inside was a nice added bonus! I have no idea who chooses the format of the music that they play all across the hotel, casino and the mini bars inside the casino different venues different styles of music but definitely it was all well played well loved 50's/60's, classic rock, old/new countr, pop & hip hop! The music was even blasting in the parking lot! The hotel rooms were very nice very comfortable well decorated and very quiet, the chocolate bars were an added bonus absolutely delicious!
A beautiful casino. So big. There are lots of slots and tables. We did not stay in the hotel but I would love to next time. Staff are great. Love the Female DJ. Free sodas and coffee. We really had a blast. They also have several restaurants inside.
My wife and I, the first time here, was so great. We came for a book event. When we first entered, I noticed the wonderful clean smell of the hotel. We stayed one night here, and it was amazing. I loved the time and experience here. The casino and restaurant were great and delicious. I can only say the only thing I did not like was the casino was a smoking one, but I respect it. We didn't win, but we had a blast here. We can't wait for a future visit.
Our check-in was for 430. We definitely showed up late maybe about 6:05pm thankfully we did not get charged late check in or anything. They had a person push the dolly for us because they have to stay with them. That was nice not to have to do any work when I came in or leaving the place. The rooms were perfectly clean and they were actually very beautiful standard room that I booked through Expedia. They had a chocolate bar on each side one for me and one for my honey. The day of checkout, we did request more towels though, and they didn’t come until the same time that our dolly showed up to walk us out. So we skipped those and headed out. There’s a Starbucks downstairs, which made it perfect for the morning. There’s also a bar so we didn’t have to go anywhere that night. Personally I don’t gamble for the adult swimming pool that stays open until midnight.
It was cool memorobilia, but the first two machines i was trying to play failed, one started smoking. I waited a while to get my money back. There was no complementary offer to go grab me a drink, free play, nothing. And i haven't ever hit a lick out there, but it could be my attitude. Customer service is still either good or bad, I wasn't rude or pissy.
Full disclosure: they were some of the oldest machines out there, but they're my favorites. Good luck. I'll come back for a concert.
