I went to this restaurant on St. Patrick’s Day, and surprisingly the service was still immaculate. There was no weight. In fact, they took us in before our reservations. Once we placed our order, our food came out, hot fresh and quickly. The only criticism I may have was when myself and my family were taking a selfie in front of a poster. Another individual took pictures of us from a corner. It was somewhat creepy. However, overall the experience was once in a lifetime.
Don't waste your time or money. The food and drinks took forever. Our whole experience was twice as long as it should've been. The drinks took forever. We asked for another round when we got our entrees and they didn't come till we were done eating. The food was very average and not hot. We had to ask another server to find our waiter so we could get our bill. We waited 25 minutes just to pay to leave. Not impressed and there are lots of other options in Times Square.
Shoutout to my boy Neville who really made us feel at home. Service was excellent and the food was great too! Fantastic atmosphere and some excellent pieces of musical history on display as well. Of course we got a collectible hurricane glass too!
We have been to Hard Rock Cafe almost every time we visit New York and it has never disappointed... There is always someone new to meet and something new to see... The Restaurant can get pretty full at times especially during the summer holidays so get there early... We sometimes end up at the bar if all else fails. The Hand Rock store also never disappoints and there is always something new to take home or pin to collect...
Really enjoyed stopping into the Gard Rock Cafe during our last visit into Time Square. We had a 30-minute wait, which wasn't bad. We went upstairs to the gift shop and looked around until our table was ready. We really enjoyed the atmosphere with a Dj playing great music and taking requests from the customers. The service and food were very good. We had an amazing time.
Generally good food and nice experience, but not worth the money and the calories in my opinion????
+ the caesar salad and the chicken fajita were tasty. The portions are very big and the food came fast

+ the restaurant has a nice layout, friendly waiters and good vibes
- I am a bit shocked about the nutritional facts of their dishes. It was hard to find a few dishes that have less than 1400kcal. Their food is very tasty, but I personally think it is not worth the calories
- I find it quite expensive compared to other restaurants that serve similar dishes
Typical Hard Rock. The new Messi Chicken Sandwich is a bit tasteless. The Southwest Chicken Flatbread was really good. Country Burger is very recommendable. We had the strawberry basil lemonade many times before but at this place it was way to sweet and had very little basil nor strawberry taste. I didn’t finish it.
Rock on!! My company and team have been using this venue for events. From the outside you wouldn’t know how much space they have. There is plenty of space to host large parties. Last night was awesome. We rent the space with the stage ????????!! And there is lots going on from the food and drinks and entertainment. Worth a visit if you’re in town and people watch the visitors too.
