We booked for Thanksgiving dinner, not wanting to struggle to find a table.
It was really busy, but we were seated prior to our reservation time.
They had a Thanksgiving menu along with the normal menu.
It was a little expensive for what we got.
The food was beautiful and traditional as we don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Australia. we appreciated the meal.
We shared the pumpkin pie, and it was good.
Haven't tried this before. The pastry was perfect, and the filling smooth and overly sweet
Awesome place; but they are so used
To have many visitors that they don’t bother to please the clients. I had a bad experience with the manager REX; I made my reservation to enjoy the time at the restaurant; we had a good meal but
When I was starting to drink my last beer;
The manager called us to leave the table
As they had another reservation; come on; we were finishing and I was not the entire night at the table; not more than 1.5hours (maybe less; I’m being conservative here). Note: the bill was more than $250 dollars.
In resume; they have so many tourists at the restaurant that they don’t care to treat
You well.
The place is amazing; but I will never return due to the bad service; I don’t wanna be in a place they don’t care for the client.
We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Cafe! We ordered off the “Summer Special” menu, which was a great deal—an appetizer, main dish, and dessert for just $45. The food was fantastic! We started with the nachos, which were loaded with toppings and perfect for sharing. For the main course, the 1/2 rack of ribs was tender, flavorful, and fell right off the bone. And to top it all off, the NY cheesecake was creamy and delicious—a must-try for dessert lovers.
The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the rock-themed ambiance made it a fun dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by for the Summer Special deal!
The Hard Rock Cafe in Time Square is much larger than you would expect from the outside and you can typically get seated relatively quickly. We came here for a dinner while visiting New York as we try to go to each one in a city we are visiting.
The food was good overall, and the menu has a good amount of choices ranging from burgers, bbq items and salads. We started with an onion ring tower and the they were really good, the batter is the crispy bread crumb type, not a beer batter. We also shared a plate of nachos which are very good and is a large serving.
I got the steak Cobb salad which was ok, I would have like a bit more tastier salad dressing but overall it was good. My son got the Diablo burger which he said was ok but not the greatest and did not have enough spiciness as the description made it out to be.
The service was ok, not the fastest but met expectations. The restaurant is super loud with music (which is expected) but don't expect to have a great conversation without speaking loudly to others. Not necessarily a place I would run to go back to but also wouldn't turn it down either.
The place was very clean , staff was very friendly and professional. Service was top notch . However I ordered a BBQ bacon burger w/ fries . The fries were luke warm and the burger was very dry as if it was for photogenic purposes only .... one reason is because of the mass amount of non stop orders going into the kitchen . This is a tourist location unlike any other Hard Rock location. I believe the burgers were par grilled . The food came out pretty fast because it was already prepared before I ordered. I know not to order sandwiches on. Busy night at this location . The margaritas were delicious @ $15 blue moon beer @ $12
I've been to Hard Rock several times in some great locations around the world but this one blew my mind.
My wife and I turned up without a reservation and managed to get a table almost straight away.
The venue is amazing, like all Hard Rock, covered in memorabilia, some to really blow the mind.
The food was excellent, we had a peperoni flatbread to start which was delicious and burgers each and a side of onion rings, all really tasty and filling. We had a couple of cocktails (which were really nice, quite strong) and a few beers and even with service charge and a decent tip it only came to £80. The staff were excellent, the service was rapid and the location was amazing.
Don't miss out on this gem.
Had dinner here. Wish we didn't.
Yes I am a Unity member so we use to visiting Hard Rocks. Big mistake.
Classic burger fully plain, nothing on it at all with fries and BBQ sauce.
Burger, very very very well done.
Classic burger arrived covered in cheese. Eventually found someone to take it back. Second time burger had no cheese but was fully pink. Again, eventually found someone to take it back.
Third time it was correct minus the BBQ sauce. Again, eventually found someone to ask to get it for us.
My wife had chicken gougons and chips,. Gougons didn't taste right so she left them all, not taking chances with chicken.
It was our most expensive meal but definitely not worth it.
Won't be back.
I really had a great time at this Hard Rock Cafe! The restaurant offers top notch service - friendly and helpful staff and food that’s perfectly made and presented. It’s aways to walk around and see what they have on display. I had the Messi beef burger. It was divine.
