The Burlington store was in a state of disarray, which was to be expected given its size. However, l expected better. I will not be returning to this location. Only three registers were open, resulting in an excessively long wait time of approximately six minutes per transaction - hours hours wait per customer. My sympathies lie with the overworked staff. The attached photo is taken after standing online for over an hour and a half! Management do better!
I highly advice any small brands to take their investment elsewhere, were your business will and would be appreciated. This mall only worries about taking your money and giving you random violations for payments. This mall is already a graveyard for businesses so why do too much for the businesses that are willing to stay? They clearly don't make ends meet and tenants have to pay outrageous fines that are no where near part of the leasing contract, so they stay in business. Bringing more customers and making it more lucrative to shop is something they lack.
This mall is 1000% unsafe for customers and employees alike. Save your money and time, go to Roosevelt field mall or Kings Plaza. (mall management here is a disgrace. I don't know how or who made those man in charge of the mall but they need to be fired immediately.

There's nothing professional about these man, who seem forced to do a job they don’t like to do or nor have any passion or drive in what they do.
Never smile or greets tenants or customers.
I arrived at 10:30am and basically everything was still closed. Don’t know is why. Have not been here for years. Seemed very clean inside with plenty of stores. The usual mix of nation wide chain stores. But they were not open. Just a few shoppers roaming the halls. Looks a lot nicer than it used to.

Green Acres is a great place to shop there is almost every variety of stores. Lots of parking available. Weekdays are less busy when I visit.
The stores are really nice but security needs to be better , the last 3 times i have been there it has been a different group each time entering the mall in either bikes and skateboards riding inside and using the mall like its a park
This mask has limited shops but still a decent selection of everything you need
They've added a lot of nice stores, but the traffic is crazy. If you are trying to exit but Hook Creek, you can expect to sit through 2-3 lights.
The other side by valley stream isn't as bad, but there's a lot less over on that side than by the Queens side.
