A bunch of girlfriends and I planned a trip. It's one of the only times we get together a year it's a mom's day trip and we booked a cabana poolside and rooms. Overall the best part of our trip was the pool area the service was awesome especially shout out to our servers Wyatt and Isaiah. They were attentive to all our needs. The bartender made really awesome drinks shout out to Sophia as well. Overall they made this trip great for us. 5 stars! Definitely coming back.
I always have a fun time here.. only thing I can wish better is ventilation for the smoke. Traveling from Japan and being in restaurant that smoke, you can barely notice it. Casino and other indoor smoke place can do so much better.
I got great win and lose from slots and table game. At the end this is entertainment for me so I don’t expect to win. Set your budget and have fun guys.
They have Tony’s Pizza SF favorite pizza joint. I can’t complain. I hope they expand more on their happy hour menu.
One of the nicer casinos in the area. There is some smoking allowed but we didn't feel it was your typical 18-pack a day smokers playing the slots. We played in the poker room for a while and then hung out in one of the nicer bars that they have. The bars had a pretty good local beer selection on draft so we enjoyed a few. If you want some entertainment and good times with friends this is an excellent place.
The highlight of this casino for me is the drink prices being affordable and not outrageous like most other casinos. Tons of restaurants to pick from they have a huge food court. They’ve got some decent slots. I couldn’t find many quarters or 1$ machines but plenty of others. High limit is smaller than I expected. Fun place.
It was a nice room and the rooms are large, and the decor was gorgeous, but at their price point there should be room service. A complimentary bottle of wine or something extra…valet parking and charging our EV was a plus ….But, there was nothing that stood out about the resort. It was very clean. I would rather go to the Peppermill in Reno. The commercials lured me and I wanted to experience it. But for $700 a night I expected much more. The Asian restaurant Boathouse was good, except the fried oysters had no flavor. Watching the robots bring the food was fun…I do appreciate that we were able to check in early, so that is worthy of at least 1 star. We got there at 11:00 am and check in is 4:00. They had a room ready so we were able to check in at 11:00 am so early. I don’t gamble so I go for the restaurants and the Spa. I didn’t experience their spa, but it didn’t capture me when I went to the front desk to inquire about the hours and treatments. I probably won’t go ever again. The smoke smells were almost intolerable. I know all casinos are filled with smokers but gosh it seemed like everyone was chain smoking. Overall maybe going to the casino and staying up the street in a nice hotel seemed like a better way to go.
OMG! This casino does not care.... They will not provide you a win/loss statement even if you need it right away for legal purposes. You will need to hire a lawyer. They say they will only provide it next year. Other casinos are willing to help you but not Graton. Management will not call you back.... They do not care how many points you have played. Wake up people! If you must gamble, there are casinos that treat you better. Yes! they will let you win some here and there but you will lose it back to them sooner or later. It's just a tease, a tax write-off from all the income they generate from gamblers.... I know this casino does things here and there to keep you happy while you're losing your money. Let this be your wake up call.
