I went to this casino and the energy was off. I think that the lighting and upkeep should be put together better. The people there were unhappy. There were more people looking down and out versus excited.
Definitely not a place where people can win more than losing. They should have better drink specials and food selections especially if they will not promote people winning there. I would next recommend going to this casino unless they make a few changes that I stated above. Be careful with gambling here.
I hadn't been here in a while when I visited. The ambiance, starting at valet has become low budget. Everything seems worn out (by casino standards). The casino floor is unexciting. It was just a bunch of screens. There weren't any new slot games. Unfortunately, you can't smoke anywhere in the casino anymore. So. When I took my first smoke break, it was right by the valet, so I left. 25 minutes at a casino? I'm usually there at least 6 hours. I hope your experience here is better than mine was.
Amazing bed it feels like your sleeping on a cloud along with fluffiest pillows. It was an amazing stay. Very friendly staff and alot of privacy. True relaxation stay. I will for sure stay here again to get away. The maids weren't loud and knocking on each door. They were respectful. Great amenities as well
We drive by pretty often and decided to stop before heading home today. There is plenty of parking between the garage, valet or open spaces near the entrance. It doesn’t look like much from outside, but was pretty nice inside. The location was clean and quite busy. They offer a food court, some dining options and outside bar. There was no fancy restaurants like Desert Diamond etc, but most people aren’t there for food. I didn’t realize there was also a hotel here so if you’re traveling this could be a stop for you. I can’t speak on service because not once person greeted us or anything.
Didn't get to experience the casino, was instantly harassed at the door over my 15 year old service dog who is a tiny Chihuahua in a bag. The security persons name was Peter and when I said my roommate was going to take my dog home he asked me to wait by the door until she leaves and they would watch on the security cameras.
I have never seen such a terrible use of security before and felt so unwelcome at a place that's designed to make people feel welcome to take their money.
Honestly if that's how I'm greeted I have no intention on investing time and money and I have been to many casinos, this particular behavior is a red flag.
They are shady and I would put money on them operating shady in all aspects. If you wanna get ripped off or go somewhere where they are willing to treat people this way more power to you, I certainly hope your experience is better than mine. Casino officials if you see this prove me wrong. Reach out and compensate me for my time and commute that was seemingly for nothing, show me you operate with integrity and I will remove this
I can't really speak to the rooms, I have never stayed there personally. I have been in one of the rooms and it was really nice. However, if you're looking for something fun to do for a birthday party, bachelor party, bachelorette party, something along those lines, or even just a great night out, I absolutely recommend bad bingo. Had the time of my life for my birthday!

This is a beautiful casino. Soo many slots to play. Clean and fresh-smelling inside. It's pretty remote, but the parking is open and it's not too busy. I'll go back when I swing by that way. Gila River has nice casinos.
