Best WLM Reviews

It had become our family tradition to stay at Gaylord to celebrate the beginning of summer. The outdoor water park lazy river is always fun to drift with the cube. Hope they can provide more cubes as they are always shortage. We love to be there between 4 and 5 as it’s not so crowded by then. Foods by the pool is good and won’t bankrupt you. Normal checkout time is 11 am but you can try to get 2 pm late checkout or noon as a minimum. The front desk service is friendly. In room dining is convenient. Always a fun stay here. If you are an early bird, you can also enjoy the outdoor poor and jacuzzi by avoiding the crowds.
Was here for a convention. The location is great for the airport but not much else, the facilities are fantastic, lots of space, good Starbucks. Lots of rooms for the convention easy to navigate around. The bedrooms are spacey with some nice wall art, great to and comfortable bed. The service I experienced throughout was exemplary. The reason it was 4 star not 5 was the food. There was nothing special in any of the restaurants if I am honest. All in all though a good stay.
The most beautiful resort I've seen. I simply love the greenhouse effect in the Atrium with the fresh flowers and beautiful trees. It's the best part. The rooms, the service, the kids club, the pools, and the Waterpark are all so wonderful. Even able to rent bikes and the fitness center has all the good equipment. I enjoyed every second of our stay.
Went here for my wife's birthday/mother's day celebration. Got treated like gold. Food was top tier, atmosphere was beautiful and we had a lot of fun. Only minor drawback was the massages offered at the spa. The spa itself was great, good amenities and service. But for what you pay for a massage, I've experienced way better paying far less at other places.
The resort is beautiful. The service, not up to par with how grand this place is.
Arrival
There are people that are directing traffic upon arrival, there was a lady that basically yelled at us as soon as we brought down The window and intensely came after us because we wanted to self park. So The instructions were we can't bring our luggage off of the car at the lobby. We did anyway, now the intensity is we can't leave the car there which we were obviously not doing, my spouse was going to park the car I stay with the luggage and kids. When I say intensity it means a woman yelling sir in your face and laughing at you saying that's not the way it is? Pretty uncomfortable.
The lobby is absolutely beautiful! At the front desk there was a line, nothing out of the ordinary but the front desk agent was either having a bad day which is valid but jeez, after a 4 hour drive to come up to someone who can't even act like they are happy to have you here at such an expensive resort is not a great experience.
When it comes to the rest of the experience the hotel is really beautiful. So much to do, great activities with kids like scavenger hunts and 3d animal Hunt, the outdoor pool is beautiful (wish they would control the hot tub a bit more as it says max 6 people and there were about 13 kids in it), plenty of space for walks, exploring and keep a toddler busy! I would wait for the summer though or make sure you are here on a weekend as weekdays might be a challenging tockeep them entertained after a couple of days.
The housekeeping team was amazing!
I was very happy with the resort as a whole; after being out of our room for 12+ hours, we came back to an unmade room and no towels. The front desk said they make up the room every other day. We need to make a special request if we want daily service. At the prices we paid, I don’t think we need to be part of their cost saving and should get daily service
I Had a really great experience here. The rooms are really clean and the whole building is really something special. Definitely feels like a resort. I ate at most of the restaurants and they were all really good quality food and service. Only downside is the hotel is a bit isolated in terms of other stores and restaurants. I was here for a work trip so I didn't have a car and didn't feel like getting an Uber just to go to 7-Eleven. Otherwise it was perfect.
Every staff member would drop what they were doing to help you find things. The food was a bit high in the price department but was good. Steaks were cooked perfect as well as the burgers. Only down side of the stay was the room smelled like mold but it appeared clean and was very spacious.
