Fun atmosphere with live music right on the beach. I got the Seafood pot pie and it was very yummy in a comfort food kind of way. Drink wasn't great very sweet. The waitress was really friendly and attentive. I think its a great family friendly place and I would go back if I was in the area.
We loved everything about this restaurant from the atmosphere to the location by the beach and especially what you hope is the star of every restaurant- the food! The She crab soup was so delightful with large pieces of sweet crab throughout the oh so creamy and delicious soup. We also tried the seafood platter with sides which was also so tasty and fresh. This restaurant is so good my wife and I ate here two days in a row during our visit to Clearwater Beach. A rare things for us to not try different restaurants while visiting new places but it was that good! Must go for anyone in the area. May be one of my favorite restaurants of all time.. hard to beat.
Cool cafe on the beach, the best of its kind. The food is very tasty, the portions are huge, the service is superb. I want to come back many times. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.
Now this is the Frenchy's right on the beach! Great place to catch a sunset. May be the biggest of them all. Was our 3rd stop for their cocktail challenge... almost done to get the shirt. Couple of bars, some tables out on the beach. They had live music and he was great. The food was great. The Grouper Pretel was tasty and so fun. Looks like a skeleton grouper hanging down. Crab fries...Mmmmm Got the Grouper filet, Blackened. Cooked to a flakey perfection. We had an issue with my wife's shrimp, but they have a 2 bite guarantee, no questions. Our waiter was spot on. We had a large party, like 12 people, and he got us all right. Super location, get there early, they get busy for Sunset.
Love this place!! Went on a Friday night. This one is Hugeee! We sat outside on the sand. So awesome! Kid friendly. Inside they had a guy playing drums and a bunch of girls singing and dancing, having fun. Waitress was very sweet. We shared a bunch of apps. Grouper nuggets, oysters rock, buffalo shrimp, crab Rangoon, steamed shrimp, kids tenders and fresh fruit. They have a private room for parties/events. 3-4 bars. Such a fun place. Wish we had one in Va Beach!
We were hyped by the reviews and menu. The placed lived up to its hype and some more. Amazing “colossal” grouper sandwiches. We tried Cajun, grilled and fried. All of them fresh and great tasting. Also salads: beets and super greens, were delicious, of course with a grouper filet on top. Kids food was also good. Calamari, onion strings and hush puppies were good too. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you. Happy holidays!
The view, of course, is gorgeous. The food is always good. We live in the area and sit at the bar more than anything. This is the only Frenchy's we find that the bartenders are not friendly. All the other Frenchy's the bartenders are great. When sitting at a table the service is always good.
The crab soup is amazing, they also serve fresh seafood, everything is flavorful and delicious.
The pot pie is also a great dish.
The place is very well located, you can see the ocean from the outdoor section and it is very well decorated.
With more than 14k review he assured that this place will be one to remember.
