Best WLM Reviews

Overall, this is a nice place to stay. Service is pretty good. Everyone is very friendly. Only issue is the communication between front desk and other staff is not the best. I asked for someone to come fix my TV and house keeping and they never came. Rooms are clean but could use a deep clean to get in the cracks and crevices. Lots of good games to play without feeling crowded. And you are 20 steps away from 3 other casinos! I would stay here again.
I stayed during the Rodeo convention a week ago. This is my first stay at Rio after 4 visits to Vegas, I was very satisfied with the service and location. I will always add this comment to Vegas resorts- why aren’t microwaves in the room? I spend so much at your restaurants but can’t heat up my doggy bags. I don’t buy as much food at the hotel rests because of this. I just order appetizers. I hate to be wasteful. Bring back the microwaves or provide a microwave area.
We had the best time staying on Fremont. We were there for nine days. The room was all updated. Housekeeping was wonderful bright fresh towels every day made our bed cleaned our room! We love the Fremont one of the best things about it. They have free, valet parking and your downtown close to everything.
Comfortable beds and walk in shower is a bonus. It’s not a quiet location - you’re in the heart of Fremont Street, so if you’re looking for a quiet sleep this is not the place! But it has a lot of options to eat (food hall plus a couple other options), as well you have the casino there and a small shop for necessities. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Location was the best part for me - it was a 4 min walk from a festival I attended and the area is heavily policed so you feel safe.
Overall experience was great, good valet service, rooms are getting a bit shabby such as ours on 1st floor, but it’s a stay worth the price point. Once up and out to the lobby it’s the heart of Fremont and such fun.
Check out the recently renovated Fremont! I definitely recommend this Boyd property for a mid-priced option downtown. I was pleasantly surprised by the remodeled rooms. Nothing fancy, but a solid base to explore downtown. The casino is decent sized, with all the current slot and table games. The location is literally at the center of the Fremont Street Experience canopy. There are (relatively) quiet rooms available. The new food court offers casual and lower priced options. The atmosphere throughout the property is bright and fun.
Positive: The location is awesome. The rooms are very nice and updated. Maid service was awesome. Negative: Needs ice machines on more floors, needs coffee, pots, and every room
Beds are comfortable. The staff is nice, nice updated casino area. If you get drinks make friends with Maria she’s super sweet. But make sure to bring sleep aid and ear plugs because the rooms are absolutely terribly loud from the street below ????
