Awesome place. Love going here had a great time ate at several places. Went to Guy Fieri’s. We also eat a scorpion bar. Had Starbucks for breakfast. You get a discount in the room if you book it more than 30 days in advance. I would live there if I could… rooms are clean staff is very nice. It’s a place to go to and have a great time with friends or families. Tons of endless endless fun things to do.
Love going here. There is always so much to do. Great dining options as well. Our room was very clean and accommodating. We had a very spacious room with a great view. Staff was kind and helpful. We can play on the casino floor all night and shop around at the outlets the next day. I can’t wait to go back.
Loved our stay. Upgraded for $60 to a 2 rm suite to get a smoking room (we booked smoking but they were out, is that a bait and switch?) Room in Pequot was very nice. No problem with elevators. Place was full of eye candy; giant slots, restaurants, stores, bars, lights action etc.. fun fun!
I can't give a review on the gambling or hotel side of things, but wow have they made it a much better place over the years. I haven't been there since 2011, and it was a good then albeit could have been more. Fast forward to 2024 and yeah they definitely added a lot more, the smoke free environment, the outlets, and just the wide variety of different shops and foods from a diverse range of cultures makes this a hot spot for nearly anyone, family fun to adult fun and everything in-between. Their innovation to stay relevant shines through, a testament that change can be a great thing.
We honestly come to Foxwoods often and don't even spend much time on the casino floor. There are so many restaurants and the outlet mall is great. We had come this time for a show, and while we did not enjoy the content of the show, the trip itself was great. I much enjoy going on weekdays myself as there are less people and the general atmosphere is better. We will be back again as we go every few months for a mini vacation.
Decent Casino. The hotel rooms are overpriced considering they are going to get your money anyway whether it's at the hotel or on the floor. I usually stay at a place nearby instead of the resort.
Slots are decent, I kind of like how there are parts of Foxwoods where you can be surrounded by lots of people and new machines, or if you feel like it you can find a nice quiet place to play without being bothered.
I haven't left with any winnings lately but it gives back enough that you can keep playing for a while.
Good restaurants as well.
Played "Highstakes Bingo". $25 on Sundays. Pay extra for bonus packages. Park at the rain maker garage and follow the signs inside. Long entry line 30 minutes before the game started and I made it in. Staff is friendly and well versed in the bingo lingo. Ample seating and restrooms. Concessions are typical casino high prices but outside food and beverages are allowed. Nice way to spend 4 hours. Prizes can include spinning a money wheel or being placed inside a money booth! Big crowds diminish odds but I guess can also help? I don't know, I never took statistics. But I do know I'll be back.
Do not spend your money here! It is much better to spend your money in Encore or Atlantic City. I had a very bad experience at the craps table.
A. They don't have bonus bets
B. Most dealers were nice but there were two dealers, one of their names starts with S (I will refrain from using their name) and they were very,  very unprofessional and lacked proper training. They keep changing the rules as they please. Imagine the players changing the rules of the game and demanding different payouts from the casino based on whatever they feel like asking for. That will change every odds and probability.
The table was cold so I was betting 'come bet: and skipped the pass line on a roll. They skipped my roll citing the next shooter has to have a specifically 'pass line bet'. And they passed the dice to the other side skipping me and two other guys that were just doing field bets.
The new shooter crapped out. I had pass line but the previous shooter before me, who had no pass line bet, did not. However instead of passing the dice down, they let him shoot again. He crapped out. And one of the field guy gets to shoot because he puts down a pass line at the last minute.
And I had to take all those loses on a cold table because THEY KEEP CHANGING THE RULES!
And of course he crapped out after few rolls. The next field guy had no pass line bet but now they let him shoot. I easily lost $200 on what I knew was a very cold table just because they keep changing the rules and that I wanted to shoot
It ruined the whole experience and I am going to talk trash about this casino Infront of every other players I meet at other casinos.
Thank you Sean and the other dude who have no business of dealing before getting the right training.
Mind you I was the only one making bets for and tipping the dealers on that table
Go get some more training before you start robbing other people's money
