I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The Pool server Taylor was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home, (Bonus points because she is an eagles fan and I'm from Philly!) The room was clean and spacious, providing plenty of comfort during my visit. The location is perfect, with easy access to classy restaurants, the beach, and pools. It truly offers a full resort experience, so you won’t need to go anywhere else. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
Beach side and pool side service might be the friendliest people I’ve ever met. You can’t go wrong with anyone here, but from personal experience… (beachside) Julian, Elizabeth, Lee, Jayden, Kat, and Johnny have been such a big factor in making our honeymoon fun! (Poolside) Gianpiero has been our guy hooking us up most days that we’ve been here. Service is 11/10! (Fontainebleau, make sure you take good care of them because they are taking GREAT care of us!)
This is a beautiful, luxurious place to stay. It has everything you could want or need located within its resort. The Fontainebleau is iconic and treasured architecturally. The service is fantastic and all food and drinks were top notch within every experience I had there. Also, the beach and night life are right outside the door.
Kobi, our amazing server on the beach, was very pleasant and professional. She was attentive and provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the beach. Also, get an umbrella!! The sun gets hot fast! Best $26 spent to date!
where do i begin . . . ? i was ready for the opulence, but that's not what I got|The hotel is dated, but you don't notice until you get to your room. the room was not the cleanest. The windows had a film of grime, the television in the bathroom didn't work (I like to listen to the news while I get ready), the bathroom door didn't close, the shower door was on backward and opened into the door and I could have walked away with the safe.|Breakfast was a trip, they had an amazing buffet, but if you chose to go ala'carte, nothing that was included in the buffet was available. i will give kudos to the lobby bar and the Italian restaurant, the food was delicious!|The pools are ice cold because the towers block the sun. If you want a chair that's in the sun, I was told by the pool boy that you have to be there extremely early. He told me he starts work at 6:30 am and there is a line of people waiting for him. The beach is packed and you can't find anyone to help you. |I would not stay at this hotel again. If you like to put on airs, this is the place for you. I would rather stay in south beach.
My stay at the Fountainblue Hotel was a mix of experiences. Unfortunately, the elevators were not working during my visit, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the kindness and professionalism of the staff truly made up for it. Room service was impressively efficient, and the meals were delicious. Additionally, the rooms were incredibly peaceful, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle. Despite the elevator issue, I left with a positive impression thanks to the exceptional service and tranquil atmosphere.

We celebrated a 21st birthday at the Fontainebleau Miami, and it was amazing! The hotel's luxurious vibe and beautiful ocean views created the perfect atmosphere for a special celebration. We loved having direct access to the beach – it was so convenient and the perfect spot to relax. We also dined at several of the on-site restaurants, and each meal was exceptional, with fantastic variety and high-quality dishes. The staff was attentive and added thoughtful touches that made the birthday feel extra memorable. If you're looking for a stylish, fun, and memorable Miami experience, Fontainebleau is the place to go
