What a wonderful tradition we have had year after year making the nearly two and half hour drive to celebrate our son’s birthday at his favorite restaurant. Every single one of us enjoys the food immensely! The high quality and variety of every meat served is remarkable! Our service year after year has been outstanding as well.
This was our 4th year celebrating and this time we made our lunch reservation for 2:00pm. Every year I check the prices (and the hours) and have purchased gift cards, in advance, to assist in paying for the luxury of eating here so I don’t have to come up with all the funds at one time. We also always eat over the lunch hour to save on the costs of feeding our small group.
I was shocked when we finished our experience around 4:00pm and they had charged me the evening price rather than the lunch price. Everywhere I had looked I could only see that dinner hours started at 5:00pm. I had to come up with over $150 on top of the $250 in gift cards I had.
Our meal was absolutely wonderful!! The atmosphere is fantastic! The servers are top notch. But $450 for a family is five was outrageous for what we felt was “lunch”.
What? How have I never been here before? Can't wait to go back. It's it expensive, yes, but worth it and not any more than other fancy high-buck restaurants, but with all you can eat, a better value. Unbelievable assortment of meats and market- fresh bar items. Everything is fresh and perfectly done and arranged. This is the best place in downtown Minneapolis, my new favorite place. Just go! You won't be disappointed!
Yummm! Last night my husband and I had the opportunity to attend a private event, Client Appreciation Night with Mission Real Estate Group, at Fogo de Chao in Minneapolis and WOW was it incredible!
First, we paid to valet our vehicle in downtown and it was only $17! They were quick to take our vehicle and to return it at the end of our evening.
Next, the service was great. One of the waiters literally shook my hand and formally introduced himself. He let us know he was available and there to serve us for the night.
We started out a with a strong showing at their massive salad bar. Everything we ate off of it was delicious. I did over fill my plate a bit so I had to be sure to consciously save room for all the meat coming our way! ????
Oh wow and the meat, it was so delicious. In general, the steak was my favorite. I don't eat a ton of pork and the chicken was a little dry.
Overall, the prime rib was the best, topped the cake! There were also a few sides to share, also yum. The polenta was by far my favorite. Great crunch and flavor!
Oh my goodness and the drinks! I do not drink alcohol but our waiter recommended a non-alcoholic version of their Strawberry Caipirinha drink.... Oh my goodness it was INCREDIBLE! My husband got the alcohol, original flavor of the drink and it was equally delicious! The flavor and the real cane sugar, ooh so good!
Lastly, we got a dessert plate sampler and wow was it good, I only tried 2 of the 5 because I was so full but the chocolate dessert was knock out. My hubby was full up and could not get enough of it. It was very rich but delicious.
Service was a little slow in the sense that there were two large lulls... One in between some meats, like there was no one service meat for probably 5+ minutes and dessert came out very late.... BUTTT we had a private party of like probably 60 guests so when you consider that overall they did a PHENOMENAL job serving our party.
We were extremely impressed with the food, drinks, and experience and would for SURE recommend it to anyone.

This has been a favorite spot of mine for over 15 years. The food quality has always been consistent, and it is still a top-notch experience.
If you can afford it, I absolutely recommend that you try any of the wagyu cuts that they have as they deliver it on a scalding salt block and it is the absolute most tender and delicious steak you will ever have.
I still can't say enough about the amazing salad bar, which could be a meal in and of itself and the stunning desserts.
I had the Picanha as I was not that hungry. It was okay. The buffet portion of the meal is common for all. It got great variety and tateys okay. For the meats, you can either go with all for $66 or a single meat (as many servings as needed) for $38 and under. I went with Picanha. It was good. Service was bit off as the whole establishment is very busy. But still could have been better. Had the CAIPIRINHA cocktail on staff recommendations and it was okay. Nothing special. All in all an okay experience.
Absolutely blown away by this dining experience! First of all, definitely go with the full churrasco experience—pricey but worth it for a very unique dining experience. The waitstaff was awesome and the server’s bringing around the various meats make the whole thing grand. It felt like everyone was a team. Jasper, our server, was a delight and truly made us feel cared for!
We will be back!
I loved eating here for my senior trip. Miguel was super welcoming and warm hearted. He made sure we were all comfortable and did a lot for us. 10/10
Lucas, Nikki, Veronica, and Sean were all fantastic servers. Our table always had someone nearby cleaning off our table, refilling our drinks, or filling special requests. And it goes without saying the food was fantastic. If you're in the area, it's well worth the price.
