Best WLM Reviews

Location is decent.
Rooms are serviceable but the quality and cleanliness are not that good. Missing shampoo, no toothbrushes or toothpaste, handles of faucet are way too loose, the adjustable mirror on the side is barely hanging onto the wall. Beds are also really soft. To be honest I didn't care too much as it was cheap however the service was atrocious hence the review.
No one cleaned the room after we returned at night and we found out after calling the front desk that whoever checked us in made a note that we opted out of free room cleaning even though we were never asked and certainly did not opt out. They automatically opted us out of free room cleaning without even asking...
Update: Waited close to 2 hours and the promised towels never arrived. Too tired and decided to stop waiting and try to sleep. If the front desk tells you that they'll send up towels immediately, I expect said item within an hour or so. At this point I'm pretty sure they didn't even request towels.
Edit 2: received towels so I have them for tomorrow. However it took 2 hours and I got them at almost 1:50am which is not ideal.
I recently spent four days at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is one of the best in the city, with all the major casinos just a 5-7 minute walk away. This prime spot made it easy to explore the vibrant Las Vegas Strip without needing to worry about transportation.
The view from my room was spectacular, offering a stunning overlook of the High Roller and the new attraction, the Sphere. Waking up to this view every morning added a special touch to my stay.
One of the highlights was the pool party at the Flamingo. The energy and passion were unmatched, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend asking for the bartender Rey; his drink-making skills are top-notch, and he crafted some of the best cocktails I've ever had.
Dining at Carlos 'n Charlie's restaurant in the garden area was another highlight. Both lunch and breakfast there were fantastic, and the garden itself felt like a paradise, providing a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
Overall, the Flamingo Hotel offers an incredible blend of location, views, and amenities. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to fully enjoy their time in Las Vegas.
PLEASE READ!!!I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! My family stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding. The staff stole my grandmother's jewelry and my cousin's Nintendo Switch. There was no forced entry, so it had to be someone who had easy access to the room. My grandmother says the day before, a cleaning lady was staring her down in the elevator. Since she was worried, she placed the Do Not Disturb sign, but they still went in. They knew they could get away with it, and they took advantage. The hotel said they would look into it, but they didn't do anything. They took well over $1,000 worth of jewelry she collected throughout her life, and we couldn't even get a refund for our stay. I read other reviews and many others have gotten robbed. Not only did we get robbed, but the rooms smelled like marijuana and urine. We also had several issues with the card readers in the elevators. Stay away from this hotel!!!
Amazing hotel! We booked a view room, and I was blown away by the breathtaking sights of the Strip right from my window. Watching the city lights glitter at night was a highlight of our trip. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. You need to visit something like this once in your lifetime!!
stayed here this last week & we all had a wonderful experience. the pool area and seeing the flamingos outside was beautiful. the drinks at the pool were a little pricey but were still good. the bartender was super friendly. just wish there were more seating at the pool, as a long line started to form by 8am & the pool opens at 9. otherwise you’ll have to pay $100 for a chair or lay on the ground uncomfortably. we had an updated room but the way the shower was created, it makes all the water go on the floor. the beds were very comfortable. we were able to get a early check in/late check out at a cost while they held our bags. & we needed more towels during our stay which they delivered to our room pretty quickly. great location of the hotel near many different places on the strip. i can’t wait to come back next year & stay here again!
The oldest hotel on the strip. Worth every penny. Convenient location. The bathroom fixtures could use and upgrade. The elevator by the Spa has a quirky security system where the guest must hold their room key card to a reader AND press the floor button at the same time, to get the floor button to light up and stop on that floor. Not easy after a few drinks. Kiosk automated check in, check out through the room's TV! Busy, swimming pools! Thong swimsuits not covered bare bottoms everywhere , so little kids get anatomy lessons.
The Flamingo was totally worth the stay. Not as flashy as other casinos on the strip, but it got the job done. Great pool, phenomenal staff. Robert the bartender at the main lobby was super friendly and very helpful with getting around. Room was clean and had a great view. Very inexpensive compared to others as well. Also, I was very impressed with the speed of the bellhop. We tipped them $20 to keep our luggage all day and they were mind blown. I felt like that was the average tip, but I guess not. They were super fast and efficient.
Pros: great location, good price, rooms were spacious and comfy.
Cons: weird television screen that doesn't work in the mirror. Called to ask what it was and was told "it's not a camera". Spent half a day getting a swimsuit and flips flops for the pool. Was so excited when I got back to my hotel room but the flip flops had a thick zip tie. So I called guest services and was told to go down to the gift shop and buy scissors. Finally get the flip flops untied only to discover that THE POOL CLOSES AT 6PM. no microwave in the room. No coffee maker in the room.
If you just need a place to crash and put your stuff, this works. But I was really disappointed in the weird lack of customer service. It's like they're there to answer the phone but they can't actually do anything for you.
