Popped in to have dinner at the Fresh Grill Buffet. Food was excellent! Service was efficient and good. It is a wait for alcohol service but was also expected - pretty sure they had to go to the casino bar for it.
Enjoyed some slots before leaving. Drinks at the bar were priced nice.
Plenty of shops. Live music (good stage!). And the pool looked inviting.
We had a great time playing here won some we went back a second day won a little more. The food was great! The players club man was really nice and inviting. The energy in the casino was good. Not enough drink service and couldn't find any place to ask for drinks or self served and maybe thats not a thing here in Cali. We will definitely visit again when we return!!
Enjoyable stay. It's on the east side of the valley but worth it! A nice self-contained casino hotel. Comfortable and friendly. The weather was perfect for the outdoor festivities we went there for. Pay them a visit, eat, drink, have fun !!
Fantasy Springs is okay. There are an abundant amount of casino machines for this location. It seems to be fairly clean. The buffet was serving very cold food but they had a lot of options. The roast beef was cold inside the spring rolls were pulled inside. Everything in the buffet was just very marginal but very expensive at $35 per person. We did not get our money's worth. We sat down with $100 each and quickly lost it within about 5 minutes betting two credits for line. I don't know it's just so so I don't recommend it I don't not recommend it but next time we would definitely have the pizza place over the buffet anytime
They have a great theater for concerts. The workout gym was clean and well organized. If you have kids they have a pool and a bowling alley to keep them occupied. The food is delicious in all of the restaurants. They offer fine dining to casual and an all-you-can-eat buffet. The POM is our favorite restaurant.
Was a great casino until it was recently ruined by the addition of smoking. The smoke drifts everywhere. Last time I was there I got a bad headache. No longer a customer. The group we went with once a month also said they would not be returning. Don't understand when over 90% of Californians are non smokers, why would a business cater to less than 10% of the population. That's not a winning strategy for any business. Maybe the 10% were just louder but no one bothered to actually look at the statistics.
I love it, the casino. I haven’t had the luxury of staying in the hotel but it looks very elegant and nice. The casino is clean, and very spacious.
Well, i felt in love with this hotel. Everything was perfect, i stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it. The only concern was the lady who in charge in bar pool looks unprofessional. When i entered the pool and want to sit and relax at sundeck, i asked her from far to open the umbrella pool. She just said no with her head showed “no” and said nothing.
I don’t know why they close all umbrella during afternoon time. Something weird as we are hotel guest want to relax in the pool in the extremely hot weather. :(
