I've visited Fantasy Springs Resort Casino a few times and always had a great experience. While I haven't stayed overnight, I enjoy playing in the casino. It's fun and never feels too crowded. The buffet lunch is a highlight, offering a variety of tasty options. After eating, we head back to the games. One thoughtful touch is that they provide water while playing, and the servers don't stand around waiting for tips just for water. This attention to guest comfort is appreciated—please keep it up! My only wish is for better luck next time.
Went for a Tuesday drive out to this casino. It's a good casino as far as cleanliness, the no smoking atmosphere and no loud music is a plus for me as I don't care for either. Of course it's not a winning casino by any means. Not even bingo paid out for us, close but no win
Walked away with nothing.
However we did enjoy the buffet dinner for 34.99. There was a good selection of foods and desserts.
We valet parked and they were quick to respond with both pickup and delivery of our car.
I'd recommend this casino for the buffet and if you want a get away for the day, but not to win.
This casino was recommended by a local. My wife and I booked a room since it was I'm the vicinity of a concert we attended. From the moment we exited our vehicle in the parking garage, it felt like we were in the middle of the Vegas strip - smelled like cigarettes, questionable crowd, lots of slots and drunk folks getting arrested .... NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE HAD A BLAST ???? ????
Rooms are good bed moves and makes a lot of noise and the room don't have a microwave so u have to eat your cold food. And it's funny they have all these food places but no microwave not good. And suck because they make so much noise when they clean other rooms. And the payouts here at this casino is not worth it seen more people at the ATM not the gaming machines. I say this is a 3 out of 5 stars but it was pushing it to become a 3. Been to casinos from different tribes and this one is not good to be honest Ute Mountain Casino is the one I know that has things in the room to make you feel comfortable and the gambling is good and pays out and a lot of people hit jackpots there.
Went to see a concert (Australian Pink Floyd cover band) so much fun, we enjoyed dinner at the Fresh Grill Buffet and the to the outdoor free concert (cars cover band) ending our evening with a bit of gaming slots. Great atmosphere and fun times.
Stayed at Fantasy Springs Resort and Casino for one night before I checked into another hotel for my convention in Palm Desert. This was my first time staying at this location, and i enjoyed the rooms and hotel grounds. It's always great when there is a Starbucks on site for early mornings. The rooms were easy and accessible and the pool area was really big. I checked out the casino for a walk through since I don't gamble, but it's always fun to see all the people enjoying themselves. I would go back if I viait again. Stagg was very nice and helpful when walking through the hotel.
Came here for bowling and a few hands of blackjack. Bowling was a blast and paying by the hour is the way to go if your party is small or on a date as you can get several games in. Bowling alleys can feel dirty but this place was moderately well maintained. Staff was chill no major call outs.
Got wrecked at blackjack and started off winning but as soon as the dealer changed I opened with a losing streak and went full tilt. Oh well still had fun.
We had an amazing time, the entire facility was great and our rooms were wonderful. I spent 4 days at the great pool with comfortable lounge chairs you don't have to pay extra for.
