Nice restaurant that offers “eat all you can” cook to order service. Starters and chef specials are delicious and freshly prepared! The noodle and rice dishes is very authentic “wok-hei” taste … great value for the extensive menu and serving method. Would recommend and visit again. £14.99 per person
This is our 4th visit and they have kept the quality of food its very good ???? ???? owner and staff Theresa is friendly and helpful during our visit
I discovered this restaurant today (11 Aug, 2021). It has recently opened at the Wellowgate - Abbey Road junction in Grimsby. What a surprise! Some of the most authentic and tasty Chinese dishes that I have eaten outside China Mainland. My dream has been to once again eat dumplings 饺子 and steamed stuffed buns 包子. Though not the same cooking style or flavours as Northern China, they were very nice. I will certainly be back for more. I highly recommend that people give this restaurant a go and try some of the real flavours of China. 非常好吃!
Staff were friendly and Polite nothing was to much trouble, as I'd never visited before the menu i.e the.Buffet was explained to me including top up drinks.
The Hot and Spicy soup was better than China Town food in Manchester.
It came as starters and then a main course all served when you wanted it.
Once again thank you to the young lady who served me its not easy to keep smiling and be polite when your working any evening and others are enjoying themselves but this young lady did, sorry I could not give more tips
Thx Waiting staff and the Chef.
I'll be back but not every week as its not a bonus then and you may not appreciate it as much.
Well worth a visit pleasantly surprised,Once seated the very friendly staff came to our table advised that you can choose anything from the menu which is a all you can eat for £13..There are few items that do cost a pound or two extra this is clearly labelled on the menu.Works out cheaper than ordering a takeaway.Would highly recommend a visit.
Don't be fooled by the ageing decor, food is freshly cooked and tasty. Order as many dishes as you want for 13.99 per person. (charge for wastage) We were plesently surprised, staff were attentive, food arrived quickly.
Good Chinese food hot , good dim sum also included, great menu choice with starters and desserts . I really liked it , also mints after meal, good clean toliets .
Let's start with the fact that the place is unsuitable for strollers and people with disabilities. You have to carry a pram up the stairs which are narrow and if someone parked their car in front of the premises it's hard to squeeze through. Upon entering the premises, this place immediately throws you away with its dirt and high level of wear and tear. The carpet is dirty and worn like it's a hundred years old. This place looks like ugly hole for complete renovation. The floor was so dirty and sticky that our shoes were glued onto it. Despite this, encouraged by the photos of the food, we decided to try some dishes from the menu. Unfortunately, the food was terrible: burnt, smelly and below any standards. We were with one year old baby, so we didn't want to argue a lot and make a scene. We ate only dumplings, which were not grilled as described, but deep fried, and some soup. We returned the rest of food as it was uneatable. Nevertheless, we were demanded to pay the full amount. When we paid £10 instead, we heard racial slurs from the staff. It's our worst experience with the 'restaurant' ever. I would never go to this place again, because it doesn't hold any standards, the food is so nasty I would never give it to my dog and the service is disgusting and aggressive - not suitable for anyone, especially when you come with a child and want just to enjoy nice evening. :)
Ordered a take away, as we’ve done many times from Fan, on 2.2.23. Before it’s been good. Occasionally brilliant. This week it was horrific and we had to throw the mains in the bin. I know meat occasionally has fat on it but every single bit of meat in both our mains was entirely gristle and…tubing? Great big chunks of veins or something. Completely inedible. Chips and rice were fine and the dog quite liked the prawn crackers.
