I was not racist and I was not expecting your service for free.
The price led me to do it myself.
I had work done with the previous owner and was happy with service and pricing.
I have gotten a few pairs done from here. It was totally worth it. I got the soles of one of my shoes fixed which was coming off also got my heels repaired. One of my bag’s zip needed to replaced and got a new batter for my watch. The person did a really good job. They offer key cutting service too which was handy. Only shoe repair in town. Took one week to repair as he told depends on how busy they are. I will definitely recommend this place. Great customer service too.
Showed up at 8.30 and saw they only open at 9, thats my mistake. I waited until 9 but the doors remained shut. Waited another 30min and no one showed up so i left. I went back in the afternoon and got told not to go before 11am. Handed my shoe and paid the fee. Told to pick up the shoe in 4 days i showed up on day 6. First the person could not find my shoe, when he did is still wasnt fixed
Definitely NOT recommended! V v untidy fix on a favorite pair of boots that I prepaid for and while agreed that I don't mind collecting them in a month was told the material to fix them had only just arrived on the day. Promised they would be ready and couriered at their expense, still had to chase Atul up for 2weeks before they finally arrived. But really, the most untidy job for sure.
Atul beautifully repaired, and resoled three pairs of my leather boots. I am very happy with his expertise, they have been renewed.
Disappointing service, Took about 6 weeks to do 2x pairs half-soles and 1x pair heel caps... after telling me 2 weeks. Very hard to get to answer his phone - and job done quite roughly, will have to do some more filing and tidy-up glueing myself. Not recommended, for good quality shoes, definitely does not "go the extra mile" in any way.
Re sole slides with a plastic slippery sole $70.....fixed heels on boots and glue dripping down on both boots.
Fixes black leather bag with a piece of fabric that looks tacky and is frayed...will be taking it else where to get fixed properly.
Took two weeks too. $125 cost all up.
I had taken my shoe to be repaired. Needed both shoes to look the same. Paid $40 up front. It was ready on Friday week. Went to pick it up. Wasn't ready. Wanted me to pick up the next day. Couldn't livr out of town. Turned up Monday 9am -9.15am. Shop not open. Called in again. Was out for half an hour. By the time I got my shoes it was 4 weeks later. I was very disappointed in the workmanship of my shoes. Now the stitching has come off. Actually I have worn them twice since repair have not worn them since due to friends asking what's happened to your shoes. So I don't recommend Express Shoe Repair due to my experience.
