Best WLM Reviews

We had a nice dinner show at Excalibur. The Tournament of Kings had great acting and audience participation. The meal was good. Corn was tough and chewy was my only complaint. Watch the drinks with alcohol. The strawberry ???? daiquiri was strong as well as the Lemonade and Vodka. Great time. Check it out.
I've read so many reviews talking about how "dated" the Excalibur looks. It's one of the older casino hotels, yes, but from the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly, helpful staff. The check-in process, while there was a bit of a line, was smooth and felt personalized. The room, in the Royal Tower, is clean. A/C was already on and cooled the room, perfectly. Good stock of soap, towels in the bathroom. Plus, as far as dining goes, everyone is spoiled for choice. This was worth the time and effort to get here. Very much recommended.
We had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Las Vegas two weeks ago. The room was good and simple, without a minibar, but with an air conditioner that, although a bit noisy, worked well. The room was always clean, with the housekeeper coming by daily to change the towels and make the bed. We stayed on a non-smoking floor, with an excellent view of the roller coaster and the New York sign.
The price was fair for the location. The casino is interesting and offers good dining options. We didn't get to enjoy the pool area, but we noticed there were plenty of chairs available.
It was my first experience in Las Vegas and it was worth it. I managed to visit many places around the hotel, although the most famous attractions are a bit far, so be prepared to walk a lot.
Location is great! Pools were great! Price is okay. Service is very poor. They misrepresent that the charge to your card is a "deposit" when it is actually resort fees. Just say it is for resort fees! Customer service for MGM Rewards sometimes acted like you were bothering them to get credits for your receipts. Bathroom was dirty.
We popped in to the breakfast buffet on an overnight stay in Vegas because hubby had a coupon. The usual spread but the egg station was delicious and perfectly turned out! Greeting/front desk lady had an attitude that comes with seeing WAY too many people in a day. A wonderfully personable sweet woman who was attending our table made my morning and made the whole experience special and connected. Amazing how that can happen out of the blue. She was exotic and will know who she is by that description. Thank you! You made a very mundane breakfast memorable! Oh. And the bread pudding WAS delicious!! It’s Vegas. You can have dessert for breakfast.
Absolutely do not recommend! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. There are people who appear to be hotel staff but are actually with Take A Break travel at every entrance waiting to hound you and stalk you about ticket vouchers. We were singled out as a young couple and thought the hotel was offering us discount tickets for our honeymoon. Didn’t find out until after swiping my card that it was a timeshare scam. They confront you every time you walk through the lobby. I didn’t witness this at a single other hotel & casino we visited. First hotel I’ve ever seen to not come with a mini fridge, it’s $25/night. Parking is $18-$23 per day. We weren’t here to watch a lot of TV but it was all static. Food crumbs and Q tips under the dresser, the place is filthy. Paid and did tons of research for a view in the royal tower, got a view of a white cement wall. Staff is extremely rude. Pool was decent. We mostly hung out across the street at MGM. Overall 4/10, do not think it’s worthwhile if you want a decent stay.
They left a towel a dirty towel in our bathroom. The towel is supposed to be white and it is yellow with hair. Think of that what you will. We tried to call them but either the phone does not work or they do not answer. The front desk was very UNHELPFUL and refused to provide me with a new room. I am very unhappy with this visit and would recommend going some place else if you want to stay in a room that is even remotely “clean”. Still waiting for housekeeping to come pick this up. They did not even clarify or agree to disinfect the area just have housekeeping “come and take a look”.
Update 1: I had to call housekeeping to see if they were coming. When I explained to them the situation, they told me they could bring me towels and could not provide me with a time when someone would stop by. There seems to be only one person in housekeeping at this time servicing the rooms.
Update 2: The person who came from housekeeping is the only nice person who I have encountered here. He was very nice, helpful, and understanding. Everyone else though was extremely rude.
The room was dark and dated. Our rooms conditioner unit was so loud it was impossible to sleep. When I called to complain they sent up maintenance and he did what he could but I didn't sleep hardly at all. The TV was so old the screen was fuzzy. Only one outlet not already in use would hold a plug and we had 3 phones to charge.
They close the pool at 6! What a stupid idea so we couldn't even relax at the pool after arriving. The staff was not unhelpful, but didn't care either. They all felt robotic just doing the minimum. I will never waste my money there again.
