Best WLM Reviews

Thanksgiving through December, Vegas is for families (didn't know) so toddlers & baby carriages all over the hotel, even in the casino; nightclub open only Saturday evening. Staff polite/helpful, room beautiful/spotless but pricey. No toothbrush and/or shaver amenities... disappointing. Used the body wash, and instead of getting a new bottle the empty was closed and put back in the shower with no replacement - what is THAT?? Also, $90 complimentary food voucher didn't permit the tip; I used some of the $90 to tip generously on the bill plus added some cash right there, then got charged for the tip at checkout. REALLY??? Why would a so-called 5-star hotel so cheaply nickel-and-dime its customers????? Frankly, I'll research lodging other than Encore/Wynn when I plan my return. What good is dressing the waitress in silk, gold, and perfume if she charges every time she replaces a utensil, fills your water glass, or stops by the table to ask if all is ok? Worthwhile comparison... take the hint, Encore/Wynn.
The Valet service which we paid $40/night for was nothing but a parking garage. They don't bring the car to the front of the hotel. When checking out, I would have to carry all my luggage down the long walk into the garage.
When I called down to the Valet, they said they couldn't bring my car up first. I had to go to the garage to get it.
The front desk person lied to me and told me I didn't have to do this. But when I got to the hotel entrance, the "valet" told me I had to walk down into the parking garage to have them bring my car up.
I have never stayed at a hotel, even a cheap one, where the paid valet service doesn't bring the car to you.
This reflects so poorly on the hotel. Beware, They don't warn you about this, and you won't find out until you are checking out.
The rooms were nice, but that's about all I can say I liked.
I recently stayed at Wynn and was thoroughly impressed with my overall experience. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning interior decorations that clearly reflect its status as one of the top-tier casinos and resorts in Las Vegas. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the service was exceptional. My only complaint is that I found the casino a bit difficult to navigate; it didn’t feel as fluid and easy to get around as some of the others I've visited.
Listen up this is a legit review. I came from Arizona to visit. My family got tickets to awakening . It was beautiful. The security staff helped me with a wheelchair to and from the event. The event staff was so warm friendly and compassionate to my needs. Just had total knee surgery. The staff The resort was amazing. Just gorgeous!!!
Wowww, we travel the World and stay at the finest Luxury Hotels ever built so how does The Wynn Las Vegas rank number 1 for us? It’s her symphony of qualities… stunningly beautiful decor, delicious cuisine, artistic architecture, amazing pools and ohhhh The Staff, the finest staff in the world, all these elements combine to create the Royal, Uplifting, Warm, Inviting, friendly and caring experience. The SECRET to the Wynn adventure is the STAFF, they set the tone for overall Dreamy thrilling feeling that only Wynn can create. So many phenomenal staff members and then the stand out employee among so many Great employees… we had the Honor to watch a security officer at the front door, Mr Christopher Brewer, the light of the overall experience…Security and Luxury are the Foundation of the Wynn experience. Wynn has the most Elite Security in the Hotel World, protecting guests, employees and the entire property with the highest quality experts in the World. We watched Mr Brewer guard the front entrance and interact with guests entering and leaving, stood with confidence but greeted guests with a big smile, a welcoming personality and a warmth that is unparalleled in the Hotel Business.|We watched him talk with several guests with a beaming smile, then we approached him and he welcomed us and said how beautifully dressed we were during the F1 race 3 day experience. His friendliness and kindness draws you in and sets the tone for the Wynn Experience. His energy makes you feel like family and yet you know he’s more than capable to protect the guests and hotel. He’s a Polished Classy Wynn Ambassador and a rare gem. He should be teaching staff at all the Wynn branded properties, although all the staff are Great, he brings something Special to the overall Experience|that only he can teach. Bravo Christopher Brewer and thank you for your 24 years Service to our Beautiful Nation. Warm Regards, Jack and Ali. Ps, the Encore Spa is the Best in the World

The room was nice.
Best part of the service was kiosk check-in and express checkout.
Vegas is a big place. Nothing is close to everything. How good the location is depends on what you want to see, what you want to do with how long you have, and how far you are willing to go in any direction.
I stayed with a friend as a guest. Most staff at front desk, extremely rude. 2 clerks standing together laughing at people and pointing at people passing by. Didn't feel warm and welcoming. I walked into the Encore high roller room and it was a ghost town, 2 pit bosses and several dealers just mucking it up, no players. I was encouraged to go play over at the Wynn side! Really? I felt like I walked into a private meeting and was interrupting their chat time. The vibe at Encore is cold and unwelcoming. I seriously have been treated better at a Motel 6!! There's plenty of other places to spend our money. We headed down to Mandalay Bay and we're treated exceptional. Dealers in the High Roller extremely welcoming and friendly. (At Encore we had decent service at one restaurant, Jardin and the person at the bottom of the hotel elevators was polite & friendly) If you're going to spend lots of cash? Go elsewhere!
