What more could be said about this establishment. They strive to be the best of the best. Nicest, cleanest room I've ever been in. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Staff go out of their way to help and be friendly and courteous. Made a couple room requests upon check in and they were happy to accommodate. The grounds are decorated in immaculate condition. Beautiful pool area. World class decor throughout the building. No question this is the best place to stay in Vegas. The extra is worth the price.
Where to start. We had a bad check in experience as there was a delay in getting our room and had to wait awhile. Checked in through the self serve kiosk to get the room cards but they did not allow us to exit parking lot or enter and now had to get new cards from the front desk. Our room's sofa still had sand on the couch and the shower sink was stuck. I called housekeeping and they said it would be clean the following morning, but guess what, it was still sandy! I had a prescription shampoo I brought long and had left in the shower but was not there when I returned. I called housekeeping and the lady told me a manager will call me. However, the maid who cleaned the room came knocking and vehemently said there was not shampoo. I guessed i must of made it up! As she got aggressive, I told her let's not argue as we're not getting anywhere. I would have hope protocol at your hotel would at least have a 3rd party present so I didn't feel so intimated! This was absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. On the last day I called the front desk and pleaded with the lady my wife had a real bad stomach ache and try to draw from her compassion to let us stay at least an hour later so she could gather herself but with no empathy she just said no I'm sorry but we're full. I did manage to head downstairs to speak with another front desk staff named Antonio and he was truly a wonderful and compassionate person. He let us stay an hour later and also sympathized and felt bad for what happened to my wife. If it wasn't for him I would have voted a 1 for my stay here. The rooms were nice but service and our experience here was less than medioacre at best. I've stayed in a lot of hotels on the strip including your Wynn hotel in 2021 but never did we experience such a horrible experience as when I stayed at the Encore. I'm not sure I will recommend my colleagues, family or friends to stay here as it just not at the level of service, courtesy and compassion that other 5 star hotels offer.
I had an incredible stay at the Encore hotel in Las Vegas! Our suite had a breathtaking view of the Sphere, making every moment in the room special. The suite itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day out in the city. The service at the Encore was top-notch, with attentive staff that made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The food was a delightful experience, with a variety of wonderful options that satisfied all our cravings. Also, the lobby was beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere right from the entrance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a premium stay in Las Vegas!
It was the best hotel vacation stay I have had in years. The hotel is modern with the latest amenities. Greatest vacation ever. You can spend you vacation at the resort without missing anything from luxury shopping to evening entertainment and multiple restaurants and bars. If you want a great Vegas experience book the Encore or Wynn.
Excellent hotel with everything you could need. Fantastic service with more than enough staff to make sure you are looked after.
The sister hotel the Wynn joins the encore with access so easy you don't even know you have left one and entered the other.
Easy access to transport where you can drive or taxi easily around town to shows or restaurants.
The price in the hotel can be a little steep for drinks and accessories, but it's a Vegas hotel.
First the good things: A nice hotel room, but the designer overdosed on faux gold lacquer-the entire room decor was just not my style. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly and the AC was quiet and kept the room at exactly the right temperature I wanted it. The bathroom was large and had plenty of soap, shampoo etc. The staff were by and large friendly and helpful but with a dose of disinterest, and obviously looking forward to getting off their shift.||The not so good side: Be prepared to be nickle and dimed on EVERYTHING. A can of coke in your room-$8.00, a 0.5L bottle of Fiji water for $12.00. Everything in the minibar was obscenely overpriced. I get it that this is Vegas, but this was ridiculous. The food in every restaurant was horrendously over priced and you need to make reservations days if not weeks in advance of your arrival. There was very little availability in the restaurants when we arrived, so ended up going to other restaurants in town. Good for us as we had better food.|The casino was extremely smokey which irritated by throat and made all of my clothes stink. The Wynn is intentionally designed to force you to walk through the casino to go anywhere and is confusing so you get lost in the middle of a smokey, bright pulsating light and loud music environment that is almost seizure inducing. ||Would I stay there again? Absolutely not, not even if I won a free weekend there. If you want a nice luxury hotel go to the Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons.
After staying at Encore, I don’t think I can stay anywhere else! I’ve been going to Vegas since I was 5 years old and have seen the drastic changes the city has gone through for the past 4 decades. I’ve stayed at every hotel on the ***** and somehow had avoided Encore until this stay because I thought the location was a bit away from the center of the *****. However, Encore is now my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the Sphere. I could check everything from the tablet in the room and make reservations in a few min. You can do everything within Wynn/Encore. It’s not crazy packed like Bellagio with non-staying guests coming in and out. Its a more private a**osphere with guests staying at the hotel and mostly classy people. Everything inside is built with precision and convenience for guests to jump in and jump out of the rooms for a comfortable stay. Whether it’s going to the pool, playing games, dining, walking to Wynn, betting on the sports book - everything was super convenient. For me, how we spend quality time is more valuable than money we might win. I will stay here again on my next visit.
I can't recommend Wynn/Encore enough! My father and I stayed at Encore and Cesar at the front desk took care of everything! My dad is a wheelchair user and Cesar made sure we had a Wheelchair usable room with an amazing view. He even called after we checked in to make sure everything went perfect. When we returned to the room later that night there was a welcome gift of chocolate covered strawberries. I can't thank Cesar or the staff at Encore enough for making it an unforgettable stay. If you can stay here! You will not regret it! Also they have the best buffet in Vegas hands down!
