It was a hassle getting in with luggage (security check while in a smoky environment). Had to walk thru smoking section to get to registration desk and restaurants. Some moron thought a fan on the registration counter would help but it just blew smoke in our faces. Desk clerk was clueless and despite our having a reservation, check in was prolonged. We requested the bill be split between two cards and she took both cards but at check out everything was on one card. It wasn’t worth the hassle so we left vowing never to stay here again. The room was nice but, at nearly $200, nothing special. Why aren’t handicapped rooms situated closer to elevators? Not every disabled person is in a wheelchair. Neither room key worked so I had to return to the lobby. A kind maid provided a chair for my disabled friend while she awaited my return and apologized for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated.
I think this is referencing the Fife location. I love this casino. If you like slots this is the place for you. This place is huge and has tons and tons of slots. Multiple versions of the same game. I think they need more ATMs but the way I hit on these slots!! I'm good with the way it is!!!
The room was quiet and got a great night's rest but for the price I would rather be pampered in tulalip, or perhaps little creek. It just doesn't seem like a 199.00 a night room. The staff was very friendly. Crime in the area is not so nice. Coming off the freeway towards the casino is lined with homeless camps right under I-5. For the cost it just seems that area should be more inviting. The shower though large has cheap fixtures. Would I stay again...probably. Was told to park on level 2 because it was the best monitored parking in the garage. The pool is rather small. They do have a hot tub, which was nice!
We spend a lot of time at the FIFE EQC, the staff is great. The food at Tatoosh is the best. Security staff makes you feel safe. I like that they walk the parking garage, my car is one less thing to worry about. Love that the players club is open 24/7 and they are very helpful. I wish you could watch the sports at this location like the Tacoma location. Tacoma has the best sports lounge with huge screens. I recently started staying at the hotel on the promo offer and I was very impressed. They were big rooms and very clean. I do miss the buffet .....
If you want to lose thousands of dollars this is the place to go. This place has made me homeless so many times. It’s nothing but organized crime to steal your money. They use their casino like a weapon of cash destruction and take you for everything you got. You can’t even self exclude yourself because they drop the exclusion list periodically. I know I was once on it, how else can they steal all your money. If I ever hit a jackpot I’ll let you know if that self exclusion list magically reappears. when I decided to gamble again I didn’t even have to talk to anyone they (security) just ran my license at the door and said I was good to play. They’ve been stealing my money for years. They should be embarrassed with their prosperity.
If you stay at hotel it's nice. If you go to gamble expect to lose. I've been coming here to gamble for years and it rarely pays out. Your lucky to brake even.
Didn't stay in hotel. Just visited the casino. Very nice casino the clientele. . Not so nice. Poor maybe a bit rough ...neighborhood poor enough without having the attraction of gambling. Troubling times everywhere. The troubled souls camped around the casino in tents make it inside too .. try their luck. You know how that turns out
Last time I stayed the night they offered me a room close to the elevator. I loved that they did that. I always get rooms far from the elevator and I never thought to ask. I was right across from the elevator and I loved it!
