Location is that of any other casino within 40 minutes of Seattle. LOL you would never go there if it wasn't for the casino. This place reminds me of when I was a kid .....total maze!! Ya kinda double the fun you can play hide and seek and play slots simultaneously! No joke! Love the variety of slots....from old and new you will find it all here! Food is good and they offer deals.i recommend everyone try this place at least once
This place is horrible! First they have no overflow parking to even accommodate guests so then you have to find somewhere on the street not even close to the hotel/casino potentially leaving your vehicle to get towed or something if in the wrong area. Then even after having everything booked ahead.of time and already fully paid they still made us repay for the room! What was the point of paying when you book it only to double charge their guests!.. they stop serving drinks earlier then everywhere else.so good luck being able to enjoy a cocktail after 1am. The rooms were mediocre at best and the air-conditioning wasn't working very well so took the cover off and the filter was caked with with dust and dirt! They are supposed to be cleaned regularly by room cleaners so they didn't do their job properly either...just all around horrible experience and will never stay there again.
Great customer service with everyone I encountered. Very nice room and easy to navigate around the casino and hotel. Only complaint was the trash on both sides of the bed. Would definitely stay there again though.
Love visiting this adult playground. Winnings are for sure and good. The coffee is perfect. And the drinks are delicious. Never know who you'll meet. And the perks and raffles are very often. Oh and I can't forget to compliment the janitorial staff restrooms are always on point.
I absolutely love going here especially when it's payday when I know I can go with at least 60 to 80 dollars to put into a slot machine and be able to play.... I mean I never actually have any extra money whoever does these days. We as human beings have to live a little these days... Am I right.... Of course I
am lol ???????????????????? so anyways if you are ever in the area to go to this place you should definitely go only with 40 ta 80 dollars leave the rest of your hard earned money far far awayy in a locked up safe lol anyways enjoy. I know I do ????
- Overall Customer Service is terrible. This, combined with very unfriendly staff and security personnel make it one of the worst establishments I’ve ever been into.
- Their players club program seems to be a scam and only exists because every other casino has one. However, other casinos actually run their programs to where the player/customer feels rewarded the more that they play. About half of the occasions that I’ve stopped in, the players program has some sort of glitch or doesn’t work at all. I even asked a lady at the players club desk if they were fixing it; she just replied, no. I then asked, if points still accumulate when your card is inserted into a machine; she replied again, “NO”, in a very unfriendly tone while the expression on her face implied utter disgust that I would even ask.
- I’m sure most folks who leave reviews complain that their machines are extremely tight compared to other casinos. I suppose I will be no different and confirm this as well. It’s gambling, so, it is ultimately responsibility of the gambler whether to play or not. So, I will not give them a hard time about this, I just simply won’t be playing here again, unless some changes are made to their operation.
I want anyone who reads this to know the following:
1) I did not just have a bad experience here, I’ve frequented this establishment multiple times in the last six months. The first and second visits where I experienced these issues, I simply attributed it to bad luck on my part. On my most recent visit, I finally understood that this was consistent and was just how they ran their operation.
2) most folks who visit a casino want to experience a good time in a friendly environment. I will even go so far as to say that some want to even feel a little special treatment (compared to everywhere else and all the day-to-day places that people visit). This is definitely not the place to experience any of the above.
3) everything mentioned above is based on my personal experiences. They are my opinions only. However, I would be shocked to find that I am only one of few who have developed this opinion.
In closing, this is the third review that I have ever written in my lifetime. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, especially for very large organizations. (like casinos), as I feel it is a waste of time or will just be pulled down because these types of organizations grease all the right hands.
However, in this case, I made an exception because I felt it was worth trying.
I could drag on with more details on how the staff act more like prison guards rather than usual casino employees, or how visiting this Casino is a giant waste of your money and time.
So, I will just say, beware – visit this casino at your own peril.
There are many other casinos where you can feel confident you will have a good time, be treated respectfully, and may even have a decent chance to come away with some winnings.

We went to the Casino for our 1st visit for our 62nd Anniversary. We found a nice mix of machines & had tostata salad for dinner. Loved the chairs & room between machines. We did not stay at the hotel.
A different area more downtown, slot of people wandering around. Won 750 on Slot machine Copper Dropper, had to get a Lyft there and back. Friendly security, awesome customer service friendly place All the way around. I'd recommend this casino to everyone ????
