The two mechanics and the lady at the reception we encountered at Elsdon Motors were amazing.
We had a problem while fitting new tires in another place and when we arrived at Elsdon to explain the situation we were worried and unable to do anything.
They instantly agreed to look under our car and within minutes the problem was solved.
We are travelers and we were lucky enough to experience the Kiwi hospitality. Thanks again guys, we really appreciated your help.

I thought I'd give this garage a try, as they're just down the road. I received my quote & was shocked at how much repairs were to be done for a WOF, just over 3k! I felt that it was way too much. So I booked it in with my usual mechanic for a second opinion & I was quoted almost half! In saying that though the receptionist & the owner were both lovely. I wouldn't recommend Elsdon Motors to anyone who are struggling to make ends meet as it is.

Very happy with the level of service from initial enquiry to final payment . Approachable helpful staff, efficient and prompt at dealing with car's issues, kept me informed throughout they took time to explain things and I thought the price was very fair.
I was recommended the team at Elsdon for my 4x4. I use this solely for towing my horse float so I’m very particular about the vehicle being in top condition as I don’t want to break down or worse with horses on board.
Elsdon team know their stuff and they are always very thorough and I have never had any issues with my vehicle they have not been able to fix. They are very innovative in their thinking which I appreciate and they are always very polite and helpful people.
